They are so nice and helpful at this location. I love it. I don't shop here much at all. Today was a very great experience and I just may go back!!! Thanks ladies. I didn't get names but everyone I encountered was amazing. I was there 10/20/22 at 5:15pm.

I only rate this a 3 because parking was terrible. I mean if you don't mind walking a few blocks to get to the store we'll then ok. The best part of my visit there was that the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I love the idea of this store close to home but the customer service could much better at times. Called the store for a item, no proper greeting and not even sure she heard or was listening to what I was inquiring on before she told me no. The call lasted 30 seconds. Maybe this particular lady (she didn’t give her name) knows the store very well but 30 seconds doubt she checked. The Savage Fenty store is further but I’ll make the drive!

I ordered a couple of items for my daughter online for store pick up (for Christmas). Even though the store was packed with customers, the staff was super helpful and very friendly and directed me to right where I needed to go for order pick up. It was obvious from the atmosphere among the employees that they enjoy their job and helping customers.

Cassandra was so awesome, and she really put my nervous heart at ease while shopping for lingerie. I’m so not used to it! But she made the experience really special and had some awesome suggestions I get to bring home now! The store was super neat and I really appreciated how they were keeping to their social distancing guidelines. A very positive experience from start to finish!

They still had some 75% off giftsets left but the reason for the 2 stars is due to their service and this has happend several times as I have been in the store several times before and after the annual sale. First of all the line is always long and moves extremely slow. There will be maybe 3 or 4 girls behind the register doing what I don't know but then only 1 or 2 of them are actually on the register and ringing people up. Twice I was in line and someone was in front of me checking out and then they decide that they want to go back and get more stuff and the cashier says "sure take your time" as if there's no long line of people waiting to check out. Then it happened again yesterday this guy had 3 bags full of sprays and lotions and decided he needed 9 more and the line up for 5-10 minutes. He was still wandering around the store and the cashier called out to him "sir I'm still waiting on you to bring your sprays" He was like oh ok as if he forgot that he was in the middle of a transaction. I was so frustrated and wanted to walkout but the item I wanted was not in stock and I needed the cashier to order it. All this occurred in the PINK store by the way.
