Terrible experience with a delivery for a washer. The delivery team lied about the time frame and stopped answering calls, the app was not accurate on the delivery and the customer service after to solve the issue was inefficient. The whole experience was so frustrating that I decided to cancel my order and decided to not reschedule. Beware that to retrieve your refund if you pay with a debit card you have to go in person. Waiting on the store to let me know when the refund has gone through so I can come in person to get my $700 back.

Teddy was amazing! He was super helpful and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what we needed and offered suggestions that we were clueless about. If you need help, ask for him. Other employees we asked for help did not help.

I’m giving this location 5 stars just because of Ms. Bonnie’s service she’s the best home depot employee my family and I ever dealt with she’s very helpful,caring and been helping us improve our home since 2019 we are very appreciative for her outstanding customer service and all her assistance … Over all we are very thankful for her help over the years 👍🏻100%

NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE ESPECIALLY PAINT SPRAYERS I went got a paint sprayer the never cleaned so took it back they didnt want to swap even though it was there mostake for not milaking sute there machines arent cleaned proper so i spoke with manager then they finally let me swap said we’ll give you a disount and also mark you down for just 2 hours for all the complications and delay. I feel like should be compensated 100% because the faulty spayer i fell behind, oh i forgot to mention that thats not it got the other sprayer hooked up there infront of them sprayed water fine but yet again machine still had old paint in it….. Took it to my property and low and behold the gun started leaking, so here we go back for the 3rd time and they give me a hand full of tips and said here take all of these to try idk which ones are good as I proceeded to leave he stopped me and said oh i have a new gun instead. So i took the new gun finally got everything dine i return it and get charged full effin price… but i will be returning tomorroe and asking to be compensated for my time and money lost do to there faulty equipment that they are supposed to make sure works properly when leaving the sore and upon return….

The soap dispensers and air dryers haven't really worked for months and they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Reported it multiple times. Can't tell you how many guys have gone in and used the bathroom and just walk out because the soap dispensers don't work. Kind of hard to believe if you ask me that a store like that can't even fix or replace something like that

This is my favorite Homedepot to shop at. However the cashier was Awful. I have never been treated so poorly at this location. He was at the cashier by where you check out with lumber. It was around 8:30pm.

I ordered some stuff curbside at about 6pm. I was tired after a long hot day in the sun from 5am to 5pm. Got there and realized I had forgotten something. Not their fault and my order wasn't ready still so I went inside while I waited for the text to say my order is ready. Got some of what I came for but ultimately I was too tired to walk around anymore. Also another thing not their fault, they had tried to call me that they only had 3 of something I ordered 10 of but my phone gets bad reception in that area. I got the voicemail when I was in the truck again waiting for curbside. So I called back to tell them I'll take at least the 3 items for now. Then she tells me my order is ready for me to pickup and that curbside is no longer available. 😒 2 problems that made me wish I could give home depot at large the 2 star rating but this location got the brunt of it. Home depot needs to get it together. If curbside is not available don't allow the app to select it. Put the times for curbside blatantly in my face so i dont go there thinking ill get it. If this happens again in the future ive already resigned myself to my fate and decided to cancel the order from now on. Ill go to Lowes or anyone else in order to push home depot to get it together. Another thing... get your app synchronized with the sales data. When I ordered the parts the app showed some 50 odd of the item. Only for someone inside to tell me they have only 3 left. This seems like a no brainer but hey I'm not a software engineer so it's probably complicated and I'll leave that to the multibillion dollar corporation that grew probably 3 times its original size with 25% of their employees during the pandemic and is still seeing short staffing. I will cancel my orders if you tell me I can get it one way, and I don't get it that way. Sick of this happening. Also the employees inside the store were very helpful and apologetic and the lady who checked me out (inside the store) was a breath of fresh air how sweet and understanding she was of my tired state of being. She deserves a raise. God bless her.
