Placed online order for pick up for 2 family packs. Paid for extra onions and extra pickles for both family packs. Upon entering received no greet from either employee and had to get their attention to assist despite the restaurant being empty. I let them know I was there for my online order and the woman just stared at a bunch of receipts and walked away. Another woman came out with a bag and slid across the counter. I asked if that was everything and she said "I guess." I then purchased a beverage and left. We did not end up receiving ANY pickles or onions with the order much less the extra that was paid for. All of the meats were room temperature at best. And we received no plastic ware or utensils/napkins with the order. I called the location and informed the woman that answered that we did not receive any pickles or onions, she handed phone to a man who only said "Ya" when he took the phone. I asked for his name and he said Frank and I asked if he was the manager and he said "yuh". I told him again that we did not receive any pickles and onions and his response was "okay and?" I informed him that i paid for the extras and would like the charge adjusted. His response was "well how much did you pay for them?" I told him i believe they were 1.25 each x 4 but wasn't exactly sure but did know there was an additional charge and again we did not receive any much less extra. He responded with "well you can come get em if you want them." I told him no that I wanted a refund for those items I did not receive and his response was "really man?" I then asked for the owner or general managers information and Frank refused to provide and hung up on me. I am the property manager for a large housing community less than two miles from this location. I will never refer this restaurant to any of my employees or residents. This lunch was for my maintenance team to celebrate before the Thanksgiving Holiday. The missing items and room temperature food are one thing, but the genuine lack of any care, concern, or resolution by the supposed manager, Frank, is outrageous and unacceptable. I expect the owner/general manager/corporate offices to contact me as soon as possible.

Food was good (though the small amount of brisket on the plate was laughable). Prices charged were 20-50% higher than what was on the menu. They have a sign up saying the prices are fluctuating because of beef prices...but it's a freaking chalkboard menu. Not sure why they can't show an accurate price. The gentleman prepping the food was courteous and nice enough. But the cashier was perhaps the rudest person I have ever encountered in a restaurant. We were trying to decide on extra sides and she had no time for that though the entire restaurant was empty. One word answers to every question and just wanted to push the credit card machine towards me and get back to whatever else she was doing. Didn't want to give us a receipt, which after seeing the prices charged, I know why. Getting her to hand out pickles and onions with the food was a battle. Just felt the entire time that we were uninvited guests that were a bother. 2 other people folks came in for pickups while we were eating and they got similar rude treatment. Even turning their eyes to us as to say "is this really happening?" It's an empty restaurant. At a minimum, don't make every single customer feel like they are unwelcome. Customer service is so simple to get right and this place doesn't even try.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Staff sometimes friendly and helpful. Only one real issue ever experienced. Staff said to return with my child to get free meal, I said that I’d be back before closing, but they had already put up all of the food 15 minutes before closing. Otherwise, my family and I love Dickey’s!

Switch and bait- 2-Men fast bite to eat 2 sandwiches- $6.99 On menu. Final cost $29.22 Additional $4.99 fee Each one - They explained the menus change and a sign states it's subject to change and and final cost at register. Final note. This is basic bbq- not prime. It's 100% basic. Bbq sauce is not hot they lack a sauce warmer. Also I'm 110% they are passing Brisket, as Chuck. Chewy stringy chuck lower cost part of the cow. Worst Dickies in history in a upscale city.

I'm a bit behind in posting my review from the 25th of September but the ladies were so helpful. I'm an visiting TX so I've never been to a Dickie's. They recommended the beef brisket and the chicken. I got them as sliders so I could try both. They were very tender and it was a good amount of meat. They recommended a few sides and the lemonade. I don't think I've ever had lemonade as good. They were very friendly and I'm glad I stopped in. I'm excited to go back and try a few more things on the menu.

I came in for a door dash order Chance and Andrea were everything. They greeted me with smiles and I absolutely love my experience with them they were very friendly, and welcoming. I left out and came back to order my own meal to go. Please come here you will be very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again Chance and Andrea. I will most definitely be back soon.😁

It was so bad I'm not sure where to start. 1) The fryer was shut off because the workers didn't want to clean it, so no fried okra. 2) We dicided on beans and macaroni and cheese which were heated in a microwave oven next to the fryer that was turned off. 3) My son ordered a half rack of ribs and a chopped barbeque sandwich. They charged him for sides on top of all that. 4) We had a coupon for all Dickeys in Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney. This location refuses to honor any coupons because "it's a franchise and we don't have to honor corporate coupons." 5) The meat was not warm at all. The ribs, turkey and sliced brisket were all less than luke warm. We didn't see any heating lamps so it's no surprise. 6) The soft serve ice cream machine was not turned on. We assume also because the workers didn't want to clean it. 7) They sliced brisket I ordered was so dry, even with extra barbeque sauce it was still super dry. I wound up throwing the brisket away. 8) We tried to speak with the people who work there about being overcharged. They didnt care at all. They made a feeble attempt to justify why they charged us SO much! Wow! It was clear they were looking for ways to charge us as much as possible and keep the restaurant half running so they didnt have to clean anything. We could've eaten at a high end steak or sushi restaurant for what they over charged us. Now I understand why no one is ever at this location.

Update 11/13/2021 Ok, so it is a slow evening here, which is nice! I got the 2 meat plate with brisket & turkey, sliced. For my sides, I got the coleslaw & the baked potato casserole. I also saw the brisket & cheese taco, so decided to try that & some pecan pie for dessert! When we walked in, Andrea & Chance greeted us, but also gave us the space to check out the menu, which I love! Both of them were extremely nice & friendly once we stepped up to order & smiled at us, which made me feel welcome. On to the food. The coleslaw was nice & cold, very tasty, but not spicy. The casserole was nice & warm & I like to add the original bbq sauce to it, but it is good without it! I tried both meats without sauce first & they were flavorful & moist. The brisket was light on bark, but that could be the way they cook it, but it was still tasty. The turkey did better in the spicy sauce to me & the brisket was better in the original, but surprisingly to me, the brisket & cheese taco was better with the spicy bbq sauce! I don't know your spice level, but I felt no real heat, but the taste was nice. The roll was a bit dry, but the pecan pie made up for it! Overall, the service & the food was excellent & I truly do not get to come to this location enough!

Came in for 4th of July dinner really looking forward to getting some peach cobbler. But when it came time to order it they said that they were out. Really was bummed but they offered me the double berry cobbler but it was more like a bread pudding. And that more than made up for the missed cobbler! The food was good and we were served very promptly. Service was also great. Martin, Hunter, and Chance went above and beyond to make this first visit a memorable one. Definitely will be back again!
