Always busy which sometimes can be a little hectic. If the manager is on the register. He never allows the girl to get on the register to help him out.. instead he says I’ll get it. Knowing he doesn’t have it and the line gets longer and longer! Hot dog place is mess!!!! Floors are a mess. The staff members will barely speak most times!

Really good place to go! The owner is always good to me and makes me feel welcome! Becky (team member) is kindhearted, respectful and I have stood back and watched her work hard too. She is a leader! Same goes for Stephanie too. Great crew! I’ve read some bad reviews of this place and I’d have to disagree with them. Remember that everyone behind that counter is a person just like you.

I love my 7-11...Always friendly and well stocked. Hubby loves shopping for his favorite adult beverages, only place that carries an assortment of Steel Reserve in this area.They remind us about our rewards and tell us about their specials. Oh Thank Heaven in Red Oak!

I have been treated with kindness, and respect. I'm greeted when I walk in, the greeting is sincere. I've actually changed my normal store of 7 years to this 7 eleven. You have an amazing team that has excellent customer skills, and shows amazing team player skills evidenced by the kindness they show when training new staff as well as showing care and concern for one another by not leaving the other by them selves. This is a team I would be proud to have working for me. HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

Much improved since the beginning, the employee turnover is crazy, but most employees have been friendly. There was one employee who turned the gas pump off while there were 2 people pumping gas..I had just finished. My daughter was in the store and heard the girl say, "too bad, it's shift change" thats pretty rude. Unfortunately right now the rewards program isnt working and 711 corporate site wont accept emails, so I guess they are ok with rudeness!

Nice to have this in our area. Since first week It was not kept up inside. I figured just takes time to train people but still today it’s filthy. Good was rude and talking in cell while checking us out
