VERY FRUSTRATING The owners are greedy and take on too many customers at one time. They'll start on you and have you soaking your nails forever while they tend to several people at the same time, running back and forth. It's ridiculous and time consuming.. poor customer service. Service: Dip powder

Excellent service! It was my first time as a recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon.I found it!! My pedi, mani and brows were done in about an hour. I wear my own nails BTW! Very friendly and I will be back!

I got my pedicure done there, that was good. Very careful, and friendly the tech, overall great no problems. But unfortunately I won't get my nails done there. My right index finger, left ring and thumb nail was not filed straight, one side was higher than the other, completely off. And she seem mad when I told her. Then they lifted at the cuticle. WORSE nail tech, she sits at the first booth, right by the register.

Mrs. Rose did an amazing job! I travel a lot and have never had my nails done so great. I got all white acrylics and they look SO clean and crisp. will be back!

I walked in and asked for Ms. ROSE. she was absolutley so nice and very efficient! She did a full set solar and I like them short. I loved it. They were thin and professional. If any one goes here, please ask for ms. Rose. I also had a pedicure, and the tech was super good. I wish I would have asked for her name.

Michelle is my girl! Excellent as always. She did solar nails for me and I loved them. I went back and she did ombre nails (They look amazing, lots of compliments). I would give more star but 5 is the most I can give!

I went to get my nails done & was sat down very quickly with no problem. The process took about 20 minutes to do a full set of French tip and I felt very rushed the whole time. The lady doing my nails cut me on 3 fingers & my hands were sore after and she charged me 3 dollars over the normal price.

The worst experience of my life, and I've been getting my nails done for over 18 years!!! I came in with a $5 Starbucks frapachino and sat it on the counter. A girl came by sweeping and knocked it off, then acted like it was my fault. She asked me what I wanted her to do with it and I was like I guess throw it away since the cup was all busted. I asked if she could get me a bottle of water. She said yes and I was never given that bottle. Then the lady doing my nails didn't like the way I wanted my nails done and in her foreign tongue, I could tell she was talking about me. In fact she was talking in her language the whole time I was there. She was like a headless chicken stopping every five seconds to monitor people entering the salon and other things going on. I found out she was the owner. While doing my nails, she got the gel stuff all over the place. It was all over her hands and mine! I asked her name, she said Michelle, she never asked mine! She cut me, never said I'm sorry, just said, "I only cut you a little"! She asked me how much I wanted to tip her. After putting the final clear coat on, she said, I'll come back to check on you in a minute. When I knew my nails were dry I got up and walked out. She chased me down in the parking lot and said, I need to check to see your nails are dry so you don't mess them up and complain on me! Really?? I was nearly in tears, since this little experience cost me $40 and an hour and a half of my time!! I will NEVER go back!! In fact when I went in, I wanted nails and a pedicure... I was like, you know what FORGET the pedicure!! These people really need to learn some customer service skills!! In my opinion, speaking in a foreign language back and forth with all your co-workers/employees is RUDE AS HELL, but it seems every nail solon does it. Shouldn't they speak to you! Ask your name and if your having a good day!! It blows my freaking mind!!
