Fast,friendly always good. The only issue was the owner was rude and I was simply asking the young lady if they would be giving the school any discounts this coming year, he was walking in and cut her off and said there would be NO discounts for anyone!! He was very rude about it. A simple not this year would be sufficient.

When you have kids serving the breads are hard. My family took one bite and threw it away due to the bread was like a rock with the meat was not good. This is the second time we had bad service.

I can't vouch for the evening crew but those ladies that work the lunch schedule are the absolute best at what they do, I've eaten at dozens and dozens of subway sandwich stores and theirs is far and above the rest, those ladies are sandwich ninjas and get large numbers of customers out the door with a smile on their face.

There foot long turkey & bacon yummy food tasted fresh, was fairly clean, bathroom was pretty clean as well. Cashier counter help was polite

Have had 3 separate experiences here giving it 4 stars because of the enthusiastic service the first time vs the nonchalant service I got the 2nd time , plus the salt shaker was broken and poured out waaaay to much salt and when I mentioned it. It was as if it didn't happen at all. then came the very... Hurry Up.... service I got the last visit to this Subway. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars I would. Service is important, You don't rush customers on their choices, and make them feel as if the whole process is an Inconvenience.I actually drive past a Subway to get to this one, so next trip I believe I will stop at the other Subway. Service and allowing customers to talk, ask questions and choose is important, a smile is important. Even behind a mask you can tell. Otherwise we might as well have robots behind the counter. Don't mean to be rude but that has been my experiences.

Just went in at about 2pm or so. Amazing staff! My mom and I came in with a kind of Large order, the wonderful staff took it on with such a professional, knowledgeable speed! We were blown away! I was already over whelmed. Was 6 large sandwiches - all different. They were so efficient and friendly! I can't wait to go back. I wish I had all of their names. Completely a joy of personalities too! I hope Subway knows that this staff is this amazing. Thank you for being so patient and wonderful.

I'm no longer living around Red Oak, but when I visit family I tend to stop here on the way for lunch. Always a good sandwich, well-made, friendly interactions, and obviously run well by the covid 19 preparations they put up so quickly recently. It looks like reviews are looked at often and addressed as I walked in right behind a manager carrying extra masks for the employees. Glad this place is keeping with its high rating!
