Horrible customer service. The lady "Iris" who claims to be the store owner was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Beware of how bad they treat their customers. I saw a lot of unhappy people at this UPS location there. I would never come back to this location. I'm shocked how they are still in business with this bad of customer service.

I needed some prints done of my original artwork and I had stopped at “another store” that does printing services and was just not happy at all. The young man behind the counter was super bored and just not into helping me, plus, he touched all over my art and left a ton of fingerprints on my mat board. I had to go get it re-matted because of his greasy fingerprints. But we were treated fantastic at this UPS store. John, who helped me, is actually an artist himself and treated everything with great care. He sized everything right and got it done beautifully…I am extremely happy. The entire staff today, Saturday, April 23 (2022) was fantastic! PS-we live in Cinco Ranch but this is the UPS store we will be using form here on out. We have a lot of art to be scanned and printed….so we’ll see y’all soon!

I rented a mailbox, but it turns out I didn't need it. I had the mailbox for about 30 minutes and returned to the store to get a refund and terminate the mailbox. I returned the key and was informed they cannot give me a refund. This doesn't make sense because there is nothing in the contract about no refunds for a service not rendered. Its ridiculous I can't get my $208.00 back when the service was never used. Edit1: Reply to Store Owner on 2/10/22. Thank you so much. I honestly wasn't expecting a response and I'll be looking for the refund on the credit card as it hasn't posted yet. I do appreciate your customer service and will update my review accordingly once the refund has posted. Edit2: Update 2/11/2022. I have received a full refund. Thank you so much for being willing to refund me for the mailbox I didn't need. I know it is not a normal part of the policy, so I very much appreciate you going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I'm updating my review to 5 star.

I arrived at 6pm and the sign on the door says they closed early at 4pm due to being short staffed. I counted 4 employees, that does not sound like a shortage at least for a UPS store.

This UPS is always my only go-to place ever since my very first visit. Even though other UPS has their high standards already, this location always excel in everything. 1. All the staffs here are extremely professional and super nice. They are always hospitable and serving proudly with a smile. 2. There is rarely a wait. Even if there is ever a line, the staff will quickly assist you. 3. Most of the time you just get in and get out getting exactly what you need. Drop-off process are super fast! With this review, I want to personally send my Thank You again to Lake, who was more than kind to help me put the homemade cakes I left at this location by mistake last week (which are my sister’s gift) into the refrigerator. Even though the cakes are not pricey but since all of those are meticulously made by my sister, they are priceless to me. I was afraid that I would lose it since I could not come back on time that day because of closing time. However, after telling me that he found my cakes, Lake assured me that I can come back any time next say day since he will work too. I truly appreciate Lake’s kindness and that he took time to help me out. Thank you again, I would always come back, and only come here for any services I need from UPS!

I moved to Richmond in August and was pleased to find that I live about 4 minutes from a UPS store. I use this location to drop off packages for my business. Most of the packages being USPS (one day I will switch over to full UPS). I get really bad anxiety walking into any shipping business because it is almost never a pleasant experience. This UPS store a safe place. You will meet some of the friendliest humans on the planet (or so I am convinced) here. I absolutely LOVE this location. Everyone is always in a great mood. I am 37 weeks pregnant and sometimes I have huge bags of packages, and one of the gentlemen will take it upon himself to fun out to my car and offer to carry packages in. Sometimes I get a little sad that I will be on maternity leave and not get to see their friendly faces for awhile! I have even heard them address an elderly customer by her name and offer to bring her packages in for her too. I am so impressed by these employees and how they are able to make every customer feel welcome at all times, and not put off bad vibes when they are having a bad day. You guys rock! Please don't ever change!
