One of my favorite places to eat. It is a chain restaurant but does not taste like it. Lived in south Jersey for a long time. These subs replicate the true local flavor.

Super sloppy for the amount of money you pay. I ordered from here for years, but now it’s going downhill and will most likely not order in the future. I asked for mayo and mustard to be added to my sandwich and it is all over the place you can’t even hold the thing without it getting everywhere and it’s all you taste now. Not worth it if you want this quality and care just got to Subway at least it’s cheaper.

The food is top tier for a sandwich place. The customer service at this location in particular is really good. The only reason I'm docking a star is the fact I waited about 20 minutes in the store for my mobile order. Other than that the store is clean and the food is great.

UPDATE - I don't usually go back to places based on first impressions, but it was highly recommended that I give Jersey Mike's a second go around, and I will admit that it was worth the visit. Don't sleep on the cold side of their menu....especially the club sub. The original Italian is also worth a try. Origial post- Decided to give this place a try for the first time, not overly impressed. Out of the three sandwiches that I ordered the tuna was probably the best. Cheesesteak was bland and the buffalo chicken was not something I would try again

This is the second time in a row we’ve found a hair in our sandwich. First time we let it go as a fluke, called the store and they made a second sandwich for free to replace it. Found this hair at the end of the sandwich so there was really no point but still pretty disgusting. Employees need to be wearing hair nets instead of hats or both. First time was a long woman’s hair but this time was a shorter guys hair. Think it’s time to find a new Jersey Mike’s to go to.

Prices are a bit high compared to their primary competition, but the sandwich was delicious. I went with the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - it was the perfect ratio of peppers, onion, mushroom, and jalapeno. I wouldn't call this a spicy sandwich, so if you are looking for that you may want to ask for more jalapeno. Either way, this was a sandwich I would easily order again!
