I was specifically looking for the Shaque O'Neil desk chairs. Office Depot has them exclusively. I was able to find one locally, have it assembled & ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. When I placed the order, the confirmation indicated because I requested assembly, I would be contacted by a store associate to update the delivery time. Almost immediately, Ray called from the store to let me know that because of the assemble, it would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day. This was absolutely acceptable as I was unable to get to the store that day anyway to pick it up. Although the store was quite a distance from my home, it was worth it to get the chair I wanted and I love the chair. I'm actually considering another one for my home office as I got this one for my work office. I must say the store was in a socio-economically depressed part of San Antonio so was a little off-setting and the store itself was a bit dirty and disorganized, but the cashier was extremely friendly and they had my chair ready to go right at the front door. Well done Team Office Depot/Office Max!
