This store is fantastic, lots of selection, and very helpful and friendly staff. Sadly, I had to give it 3 stars because of the grooming facility. I set up an appointment for my Aussie, Pepper, to get a cut and a bath. When we got there, we were rushed through the process, not told about upcharges on some of the offered services, and not really asked what wanted to be done. When we got her back, she still had some knots, hair was cut unevenly, long pieces left in random spots, tail horribly cut, and under one ear was left long, the other shaved to the skin. Luckily a very nice employee helped with paying out process, and understood my problems with everything, and I was informed that the first person to help us out was the salon manager. I will definitely be back to the Petco for their retail portion, but not grooming.

The grooming at this store has gone down hill!!! Had an appointment at 8am, nobody ever showed. When they finally opened, I couldn’t find anyone to help me, then I was told the groomers were closed, and that they tried to call me at a number that doesn’t belong to me. I was a customer for over 6 years in grooming and I will not be coming back or recommending this place.

I was sad to see that the live catnip was almost dead . They need to take more care . When I worked in retail we always took care of the plants no mater whose department they were in. I should have took a picture.

Petco is a great place to buy pet supplies. They are always very helpful to me. They will answer all questions I have about my German Shepard service dog.

Great selection of exotics. The tarantulas being kept in high humidity with the amphibians is questionable, but overall animals look healthy and staff was friendly.

Always friendly and helpful staff. We got our fish tank set up from here along with our fish and the employees over the fish are very knowledgeable about the care of the animals and tanks.

Nice, clean store. Has frozen fish food so it's a nice benefit as this area has little to no aquarium stores / services. Also has a nice program where every 8th bad of dog food is free.
