My dog had been cared for here the whole time we've lived in spring and at the end of his life, they were very sensitive to our situation, attentive to our dogs needs, and handled every step of the passing with sensitivity and care. Amazing team.

Meh meh! No longer impressed since the vet I liked left the practice. Very hard getting an appointment when my pup has an emergency, the third time this has happened. Always have to refer to his old vet during times like these. Now after the nonchalant conversation with the front desk, it’s time to find another vet. Find a place that cares

On May 4th2022.,I was next door getting my cell phone fixed. they had no bathroom.Went next door to Companion Animal Hospital to ask to use the bathroom.3 girls worked their and one said,No you cannot use the bathroom it's under construction.i am a former law enforcement officer here And a very clean person.Not a street person.I felt like she lied to me.shameful. .

I'm new to the area and needed to find a new vet for my dogs. Today was the most frustrating experiences I've had at a vet. I went in needing to get one of my dogs skin looked at and get more heartworm medication for both dogs. The first thing that made me really frustrated was, to get this medication I apparently needed to have her examined (which is different from a heartworm test). This examination lasted no more than 30 seconds and cost me $70 (not including medication). All to say that she was healthy, which I had already known. Second, after I had already been there for over an hour and a half I went to check out. I got to the desk and just stood there for a good minute before anyone offered to assist me. While I was waiting to be helped, the UPS guy came in to drop off some boxes. One of the ladies got up to open packages that was filled with candy and proceeded to fill the candy jar as I was just standing there waiting to be helped. I was really shocked because of all the good reviews this place has. I felt like I got ripped off today and was a huge waste of time. This place is way too overpriced, and I feel like communication could be better between doctors, staff, and customers. I will not be returning.

They are wonderful compassionate people. Truly. We had come to the hard decision to let go of our Loki who was 13 and going downhill. They were fantastic and did everything they could to help make it easier for us. Got his ashes back and the paw print and it was so perfect.

Companion Animal Hospital is the best!! I took in my grandpuppy Elliott after he was attacked by another dog. He had been treated at a Houston ER but was still experiencing infection about a week later. Dr. Bruno was extremely professional and thorough about explaining everything and answering my questions. The rest of the staff, Raven, Whitney & Natalie were also very professional. Everyone was also extremely kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital.

We’ve taken our pets to Companion for many years but Dr. Bruno has been the most amazing!! She spent almost 30 minutes by phone discussing an issue with our cat and most recently we brought in our boxer, Haven. Dr. Bruno and staff are incredibly kind, professional, and honest!

I had an AMAZING experience here! We had to stay with my in-laws last week for the hurricane & my puppy got a horrible reaction to soap in her eye. The receptionist Raven helped me be seen immediately & was so patient considering us being so stressed about the situation. Even with the new ways our puppy had to be seen because of Covid-19 the Vet took her time explaining how to treat our pup & the technicians were great too! We definitely know where to go should we be in the area again!
