If I could give 0 stars I would, they are really, really slow, even when you pay extra for expedited shipping, they are weeks behind and have no ability to tell you when you will receive your item!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wouldn't do business with this company if you're an average bloke just trying to get hired by someone after 8 months of putting effort. They probably have a racial bias towards me, who knows.

This company appears to operate or have operated under several names. On Amazon they are "Early Christmas SALE SPECIAL", "Cyber Week Special", "Early Bird CYBER MONDAY Special" and now, the latest, "End of Season Clearance". I have also seen them called the "Same Day Shipping Company" and "Fun Stuff For Sale". My interaction with this company was extremely poor and I will not buy from this seller again. It disappoints me that Amazon continues to allow them to sell on their site. I am a loyal Amazon customer, but they seem to be clueless about what this company is doing and how they are operating. Scour the one-star Amazon seller reviews on this company and you will pick up on some truly horrible business practices. Look up "Same Day Shipping Company" on the Better Business Bureau website and you will see the BBB gave them an "F" rating -- the lowest possible rating -- because they've had 7 complaints filed in 2 years and have resolved NONE of them. You will also find out this company told the BBB they do not want BBB contact or to be rated by the BBB. I wish I would have done my homework on this company before doing business with them. Fool me once, unfortunately. My experience was as follows. I purchased from this seller (as Early Bird CYBER MONDAY Special) on Amazon. The item I purchased was offered at an incredible price so I immediately jumped on it. The very next morning I received an email from the company stating they were out of stock on the item and that I needed to cancel my order for a refund. If I didn't cancel within 30 days, my order would be automatically cancelled. I did not feel it was right I should be forced to cancel and I really wanted the item they said they had for the price they offered so I emailed the company and told them I did not wish to cancel my order and that I was willing to wait to receive the item when it came back in stock. Their response was they did not have a restock date on the item and again, I should cancel my order for a refund. My response back was that again I would wait. Not even 2 days later this item was available again from the very same seller. Only this time the price was $55 more. This leads me to believe the reason they wanted me to cancel was because they made an error on the price of the item and did not want to honor the deal. Not that the item was out of stock and did not have a restock date. Whatever the facts, I feel the company dealt with me in a dishonest manner. Their shipping tactics were also questionable. Since I didn't cancel my order, they did ship my item but would not provide a tracking number or tell me who the carrier was, even after I asked Amazon to intervene on my behalf. My expected delivery date came and went and no product was delivered. I asked Amazon to request a tracking number once more. This time they sent one. Come to find out FedEx was holding my package at their facility for pickup (per Cyber Week Special's orders). If no one came to pick it up in 2 more days it would have been sent back to the company. I don't understand why it wasn't delivered to my doorstep (everything I've ever bought through Amazon has ALWAYS been delivered to my doorstep) or why I wasn't provided carrier or tracking information from the start. Again, it leads me to believe I was dealing with a dishonest company. I got my item -- I had to pick it up myself and it was delivered to a distant FedEx location, not a FedEx in my area-- and on top of that it was the wrong color -- but I got it. I do not think any of this was accidental, my belief is it was all deliberate. Who knows for sure, but one thing I do know for sure is I will not do business with this company again. I do not trust them, I do not think they have good business practices and in good conscience I cannot recommend them to anyone. I wrote up a negative seller review on Amazon and my review mysteriously disappeared. No reason was provided, no message telling me my review was removed. It just vanished and I only know that because I went back and checked myself.

BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered a Dyson DC65 vacuum from them via their Amazon storefront. They sent a different model that cost @$160.00 less than what I ordered. I said I would keep the wrong vacuum if they met the price of the wrong vacuum. "They don't do that". But I could return the vacuum for a full refund - return at MY expense! I was outraged at the lack of customer service and the poor communication. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I ordered a vanity - not a small package.... it was damaged and in order to return it I am expected to pay full price for the shipping. I do not think it fair since the item was broken (obviously broken at the time of packing because the box was not damaged. Still trying to get thru the process and do not have my credit yet!

This company is not up front about their return policy. If you need to return an item, be prepared to pay a 15% restocking fee. At least that is what they told me after the fact. And what makes me even more angrier is that I tried to cancel my order just minutes after placing it through Amazon, literally minutes. The email back from Amazon advised this company was notified of the cancellation as well. And if you try to get any resolution with them about returns, they just keep sending you the same automated email over and over. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Very poor customer service.
