I have never been inside before because the lines are pretty long anytime i look in. However, their drive through is awesome and has been for a while. This is one of the more efficient locations to go to and it is on the way to work for many people.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!! Make the drive to go across town if you have to. Service has gone way downhill. On Saturdays there is no rhyme or reason. Customers can wait more than 20 minutes for a personal banker and get completely ignored. On Saturdays, the line to get a bank teller at the window is LONG and can take more than 30 minutes. During the week when it's slow, personal bankers stand around talking like they're bored. The personal bankers are rude don't make eye contact. They loudly go into detail on all your personal info and everyone in the branch can here it. They have no regard for privacy or courtesy.

I have been going here for 12+ years and Since the Randells shut down there is no way to have access to the ATMs when its Sunday or late nights. to my knowledge they dont plan on moving the ATMs to the outside of the Building.

Very poor customer service they did not even try to help us. Banker name was Jose who did not help us. We went other branch and they did it right away.

I was there to add my husband on my account. At the begging we waiting longer than I thought we would but that's understandable because Harvey hurricane damage the few location specials the location at 77489 .. as we waiting the banker name Florean Davis greeting us with welcome to Wells Fargo how can I help you he was extremely professional

Randall’s closed but they are still open. The hours changed tho to traditional branches. Mon-Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-1pm

Says open 9 to 6 on their website.. I get there at 5.:10 and it says on the door mon thru thurs 9 to 5 .. Fri they close at 6... I had an urgent deposit to make and couldn't do it.. Not Nice!

Terrible customer service. Went in for a replacement card and didn't notice a banker at a desk so I decided to wait in line. Came by my turn and was told I had to sign in after already waiting more than 20 minutes in line. They skipped over me, decided to leave. The banker was far more busy talking with the cashier than being at his desk.
