I had a positive experience with BEL and customer service I was given by an awesome lady named Eva!!! The price of the furniture they have is accommodating for everyone. I was able to get the furniturs I needed and the customer service from Eva was outstanding. She didn't pressure me or hover over me. She gave me space and approached me only when I was ready. She also guided me through the options and answered my questions. So I'm glad i went there and a definite 5 big stars for overall experience!!!

Eva attended us & led us into the direction of what we were looking for & after a few minuets of browsing around we found the perfect dining table, it was exactly what we were looking for & for such a great price too!! I had shopped at a different Bel Furniture before because they have great furniture and pricing. This time I found a location closer to me in Sugar Land. I needed a new bedroom set and Mr. Nanda was so helpful in educating me, not only on my furniture features, but the mechanics of the adjustable bed, as well as what the warranty did and didn’t cover. He made sure I left fully equipped to get the good night’s rest I need and I will definitely return to Bel Furniture- Sugar Land to seek him out for my next furniture purchase. The whole team was helpful and made my experience very pleasant for me and my family.

Melanie was great! She greeted me at the door and was readily available for assistance through my visit. She was very knowledgeable about the deals they had going on and payment options. She was able to help me find a dining room table and large mirror for my dining room and knew exactly where to look in the store. It was a pleasant experience, I didn't feel pressured like in some furniture stores. Also I was able to pick up my furniture same day. Totally recommend!!
