Ms. Robina from the jewelry department was very patient and kind. She was by herself and had at least 3 others looking at jewelry but she personalized each transaction. My family knows her very well and often comes to shop for jewelry with her. 10/10 customer service

Came hear in need of a comfortable pair of sandals and left with two pairs for the price of one I was extremely satisfied with my two pairs and of course the total purchase thanks to Lc Farley I believe it’s the name of the worker she was so patient with helping me apply for the card and if not qualified still some discount applied . I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recomendable getting help from her .

My online shopping went bad. I bought clothes online but they didn't come home. I called customer service and they said they don't have the product. But why haven't my money been refunded yet? Why did I pay for the product that did not come? My trust in you has been shaken.

Very neat store Good Selection of clothing. Store layout/signs could be better allowing customers to more easily locate areas of shopping interest. Employees at checkout are a bit cold and matter of fact. As if they don't really enjoy their jobs or want to be there.

Good quality products/goods/clothes. Easy parking and convenient location. The clearance sections are amazing and very good deals to be found! They absolutely need more cashiers though and more associates on the floor to help. The customer service is very good though and the workers seem to work very hard ensuring a good shopping experience!

on two occasions I have had a bad experience with this store specifically with a cashier who refuses to scan the discount coupons that come to me through my email. This day we went again and he passed the scan once and he said it does not work and we asked him to try again and yes it happened. be careful with this lady is in this photo.
