Went into the store in Gadsden on Mother's Day. It was a pleasant experience except for having to wear a mask. The woman who helped me was nice. She did get a couple things wrong on my order but called today and had it fixed.

Took nearly a month to get my husbands ring. Thats because when they ordered it they got a size 10 instead of a 9. So that came in two weeks later, but had to resend it back to get it resized to a 9. Which took another two weeks! But the wait was all worth it for my husbands sparkly diamond ring! I even got a good deal on it. Thank you!

Horrible horrible customer service! My ring was ordered. Was told it would be delivered November 13th. November 13th comes around and we call to see if it came in, and they told us our order somehow got canceled. We had to go back to the store to reorder it and 6 weeks later, it still isn’t in. Went there today to see what the issue was and why it hasn’t came in and the man basically said he had no idea and he had no way to look it up or find out and to comeback tomorrow when someone else is working! We will NEVER use them again! Don’t waste your time! Go elsewhere !

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond bracelet for Christmas last year and it has one spot on it that's dark.. We stopped to talk to the employees about it I told her I have insurance on the bracelet she didn't want to even look at it.. She just told me there was nothing they could do about it.. So very rude so disrespectful.. Worst customer service I have ever had... If my insurance doesn't cover my bracelet then what the heck is it good for..

Took engagement ring in to the local Kay's(Gadsden Mall) for cleaning and was told a setting was loose....no problem. The issue was that I was told it was covered under warranty. Then, a couple weeks later they call and say it's not under warranty and it'll be $2,500 to fix it. I refused and raised the issue to the Kays home office. They then said $2,000....I refused, then $1,500...I refused. Finally it got down to $800 and I still refused to pay. This happened a few years ago and they still have my ring that I bought and paid for. Kay's refuses to release it without being repaired which is nothing more than blackmail. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! KAYS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! Keith Mitchell

Terrible !!! Ordered my husbands wedding band on Feb 20 and it was supposed to take 2 weeks well 5 days from being 2months its back but gotta be sent off again its not sized . needless to say we got our money back bought a ring somewhere else and they lost our business !!!!!
