This is review is long over due. I have visited this store a few times since June and have received outstanding customer service from Sultana. Not only does she take her time with you, not making you feel rushed, she is exceedingly patient, polite and most importantly, she helps resolve your problem or issue. If she doesn't know an answer, she knows whom to reach out to at Verizon. I've never felt frustrated or like I wasted my time by going to this location. If Sultana is there, you are in good hands.

I would definitely not advise trying to order a phone online through Verizon and picking up from this store. I called to check if my purchase was ready and was told it had been reassigned to another customer, then was told that I should have called the store to see if it was in stock before purchasing. Given that they had already told me that they had the phone but had reassigned it, this felt like they were trying to cover up for a mistake they had made, which was really off-putting. They also offered no advice for securing the same model I had ordered. I would strongly recommend going to an actual Verizon store over this one, both for online pick-ups or any other customer service needs.

Ranks as one of the worst, most humiliating experience of my life. Dishonest. Rude and Cruel. They tried to charge me a fee they represented as a Verizon fee. When I said I would call Verizon to complain, I was asked to leave the store. I called Verizon, and they confirmed that they do not charge an additional $50 fee for data transfer, just the $35 upgrade fee. I was going to buy two phones from them, but the fees had me question their legitimacy. I knew about the $35 upgrade fee but had never been charged a data transfer fee. And good thing I called Verizon. I knew something was shady when they asked me to leave the store when I said I would call Verizon. Deal with Verizon directly by going to a Corporate store (there's one in Tysons Corner Mall). This store is dishonest. I had a friend with me, and she was shocked by the experience of what happened to me.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and this was--by far--the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store or receiving any kind of Verizon service. Sultana is amazing! We worked with her to buy new phones, move phone lines from parents to kids, upgrade our monthly plan, and purchase various accessories. She adeptly managed all of these services and changes, was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and clearly explained the various changes and charges that were being applied to our account. She also very clearly explained what discounts we were eligible for and which ones would give us the biggest discount. Additional plus: She was happy to chat with our kids while we waited for data to update and information to move from one phone to another! We will be returning to this store and Sultana for all of our future Verizon needs!

We went in to the Verizon store in Burtonsville to upgrade my husband’s iPhone for his birthday. Mirza was extremely knowledgeable and efficient - he explained all plan changes clearly and ensured all our questions were answered. He truly made this process seamless and enjoyable!! Thanks for an excellent birthday surprise!

My phone wasn't set up correctly. I went back, and the attendant was uninterested in helping me. For a $1200 Apple phone, I would think that some direction in getting my email accounts activated would be nice. Then when I asked for assistance in syncing with my vehicle, he said he only knew how to do it for Toyotas. His uncaring attitude earns an F.
