Office staff provided great, friendly service. Intro prices made the unit very affordable when compared to other storage facilities in my area. I drove a bit further, but it was worth it. Facility was new and clean, and I felt safe.

Run away!!! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews - they force 5 star reviews for incentives. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They get you into the unit with sham pricing then every few months they raise the rent by $20-30. After renting for a year you will pay $100 a mo over what you signed up for. They claim that your auto draft payment isn’t going through so they can charge misc late fees (but your card will continently work once they add the $35 late charge). The staff is completely different every time I go in and if you ever call with a problem they will be rude and blame you. I had to call the corporate office to have them add my renters insurance (I was forced to pay for their insurance for several months because they refused to put mine on file). All of the storage contents have a foul smell (chemicals or bug spray?) that it takes 3-4 washes to remove. The elevator is constantly broken. Save yourself the heartache!

I am a customer at the Sugar Land storage location for more than a year. all the employees worked very hard to make it easy to check in, and keep my stuff especially the manager Tammy. The place is clean and well maintained. Tammy will address all issues from payment to checking in/out with a smile. Customer service is great . You can speak to a human. Location is accessible. They have bed trolleys to use.

This facility is amazing in every way--secure but easy access, well maintained, and always has carts available for loading/unloading. Tammy, the manager, is truly the best and will help you with anything you might need!!

Jamie was was delight on the phone and Tammy provided a great tour. Although I only came to tour a 8x10 I ended up leaving with a 10x10! Great service!

Awesome group of ladies. Explained the entire process and informed me prior to accepting the unit that the rent could go up anytime during the year. Most places that I've used in the past never mentioned that. Very reasonably priced. The units and the facility is very clean and maintained. Highly recommended.
