Disappointed on their customer service! I came for an emergency service the lady(Indian looking)says the banker is on call and can’t take you and that they are closing soon (in 20 mins) I have to come back tomorrow.!!! The Wells Fargo is inside HEB so I went to buy milk as I am paying my groceries (there is still 10 mins left) I see the banker talking to the ladies in front. That’s called being unprofessional! They are getting paid for their work not for chitchatting with other ladies while I am in need of the banker service! I will never come back there!!!!! And I’ll make sure to tell my family and friends not to go there anymore!

I ask if they can count my money by hand (500 dlls in 20's dólar bills) the "lady" said "I'm not going to count that by hand". Why is she working there if she is not able to count 500 dlls 😠

Maybe Wells Fargo as a whole deserves to my 5 star review but none the less this location has been there for 10 years plus and I've never recieved anything short of excellent service

I was forced to waste 15 minutes of my lunch break and made to feel as if I was being accused of fraud because the manager on duty would not allow me to deposit a check made out to me and my wife without her present even though she had endorsed the check. I had to go to a Bank of America located next door to cash the check then return to the Walls Fargo to deposit the cash. I have been with Wells Fargo since 2002. I have multiple accounts with them and am now seriously considering closing my accounts. Surely authorization could have been gained if the time was taken to analyze the situation.

Do not go to this wells fargo if your in any sort of hurry. Slowest, unorganized, bank I've ever been in. I've banked with wells fargo for over 5 years and never had a bad experience like this!

Inside River Park shopping center, but more specifically, inside of HEB. So is their ATM. Not a very good description. Can't use the ATM when HEB is closed.
