I had a big problem on my acct. When I came in the store, Devin greeted me right away with friendliness and was very willing to help even though it was 1/2 an hour before closing. He helped me get to a resolution I was happy with. I was impressed with his kindness and patience. He even gave me a card and told me if I needed anymore help with this or anything, to come back and see him.

Today's cellphone experience was amazing, and all thanks to Connor! He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to take care of us. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! We are so happy that we switched to T-Mobile and know that there is staff available to help us.

Gotta say hands down best t-mobile store.i broke my screen on my phone and didn't have insurance on it and wanted to upgrade the awesome Manger spent 45-60 mins work with the broke screen to be able to reset my phone so I could get the upgrade I would leave 10 stars if I could thanks again guys

Devin provided my wife and I with excellent service and was very patient. He walked us through the entire process explaining it all very well. We walked into to cancel service to start and ended staying and upgrading our phones. He was very professional and is a great asset tomT Mobile!

Switched services to then this week and had a great experience! Kai was who helped us get settled in with our new accounts and he was super friendly. All the staff were friendly while we waited for everything to transfer over.

I spoke with Matt, the store manger today 3-25-22. I'm surprised a person with such poor customer service skills was put into management. My experience was so much lower than subpar. I was talked to like I was ignorant and was beneath his time. I did learn he was in a hurry to leave though. I learned when you need help, just be honest ask. I did ask for help and he turned me away! In my opinion, if you don't truly like helping people... You should not be in a role of helping. Customer service and caring is a gift that some have, and he was not graced with. Please retrain Matt or demote him. I don't want any one fired! He needs to learn to be gracious and respectful. Not to hang up on people that asks for help!

This TMobile store is located in the College Park Mall in Morristown TN. I am not a fan of waiting or of sales pitches so I dreaded having to buy a new phone. But I was happy to find this store didn't keep me waiting nor try to sell me a more expensive phone (10 stars!) Customer service is excellent. They had ample employees who were all nice and attentive to their customers. The store is pleasant and is well managed. I researched phones on TMobile website before I got to the store so I already knew which one I wanted. Again there was no waiting. Devin helped me. He quickly went and got my phone and set it up for me including transferring my photos, calendar etc. Matt was busy but walked around several times asking if his employees needed help. Devin checked everything on my new phone, called it and made sure everything I wanted transferred was there and that it was fully operable all while being so nice and polite. I had a new phone paid for and out of the store in 15 minutes! Thanks Devin!

We were very pleased by the friendliness, courtesy, knowledge, and efficiency of Matthew Williams who helped us today. Not only did he activate 2 phones for us, answer many questions, but he also saved us $30 on our phone bill. I seriously could not have asked for a better encounter! Thank you, Matthew for superior customer service!
