Lakeport Texas has the worst Sonic any where I've been to Sonic. The steak fried sandwich was so hard it could have been lethal. They tried to substitute my crispy chicken sand with machicken sandwich.....Ummmm🧙 I don't think so..... Then they were rude to my husband when he took it back... Anyway

If there was a rating below 1 star that is what I would give this Sonic. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger, cheese sticks and tater tots with chili, cheese and onions. This was the worst food we have ever tried to eat. The patties do not even taste like real meat, the vegetables on the burgers were old and soft and the tater tots and cheese sticks dripped with grease so bad that the bottom of the bag tore it was so saturated. After a single bite of each burger they were thrown away. The tater tots and cheese sticks were also inedible . Tis was a total waste of $20 Will never eat here again. I will go down the road to Dairy Queen.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving don’t go to this sonic.. It’s been 2 months since they’ve had onion rings for one 2nd they are slow as hell 3rd don’t expect a refund even if the manager says you’ll get. It will never come

I’m sorry but I just received the worse meal ever! 2 bugs on my cold greasy tots and the cheese on them was not melted. Received a regular burger after ordering a “Big dill burger” and it had brown lettuce with no fried dills. The hot dog weenie was cold, the tea was non-drinkable old! Please do better this is unacceptable! A wasted $20!

2 times last week I stopped on my way to work to get a drink to take to work. Both times the wait for my order took way to long. I almost drove off both times. This morning I left for work early to be able to a drink before work. I pulled up in the stall instead of the drive tru. I was thinking I might get better service. Nope. I pushed the button. And waited almost 15 minutes. Not one person took my order. I left and went to Dairy Queen and was in and out in seconds. I understand resturants being under staffed. But the service has been the same every time I've been there. They need to fix what's broken. I will not be back for a while thats for sure.

This Sonic has not had a good reputation among locals for a very long time. I’m happy to review that something in the last 4-6 months has changed that. Every time I go there now I get great service and even better food. Thank you Sonic Management for being able to turn it around!

I didn't want never to be prejudice I asked for a combo lemon lush with extra lemon I didn't get what I asked for a large 44 ounce drink then I didn't have fries it was a combo a young man took the order a girl young girl brought the quarter in the you like sisters and brothers both with the same red hair fifteen minutes later imagine come out and ask me what's the problem I was waiting on the Fry's this is ridiculous price with the combo is it already had to bring a cold drink back I said I don't want the Press I didn't get the fries with the combo do fries cost $3 she charged me for a drink and a Burger but I ordered a combo the combo broke down and charge me for individual down and choice into each one I don't think it was fair and very racist

We stopped going to our Sonic in Carthage and started coming to this one for Tuesday night burgers. The burgers we were getting in Carthage were disgusting. Completely soggy buns and looked like they had been sat on. The burgers from Tatum Sonic have bigger thicker buns and patties and fresher veggies. Delicious! The staff has been courteous and prompt, and so far all of my orders have been correct (something that is impressive to me compared to other fast food places). Thank you for the good job you are doing on Tuesday nights! We will definitely be back.

Slow slow slow just drive right by don't Even stop. I'll go to Carthage or Lakeport or the Dairy Queen when sonic messes up on an order and you get a small apology instead of refund that's not good business lessoned learned

The food is good mostly but they usually forget to put the condiments in the bags. The kids meal chicken strips are always hard as a rock and they use the smallest strips. The tea is usually fresh and the 🍦 is usually pretty good.
