Spent too much money on 5 pizzas to receive half burned pizzas. So disappointed.

I just ordered a pizza and wanted to leave a review the proper way but I guess they are taught to throw the receipt away so you don't take the survey. I paid $1 more (for each pizza) for two medium pan pizzas to not receive that instead a hand tossed pizza and few to little cheese on them. I also purchased brownies that tasted like a sugarless chocolate cake.

Our food order is almost always done correctly. However, the staff is occasionally not very freindly. with last nite 08/13/22 being the exception. The young woman at the window was professional and freindly.

You can't out pizza the Hut. The drive through window comes in handy alot to pickup phone order. Awesome staff. Cheese pizza , stuff crust & mild bufflo wings.

Last night, witnessed one of the employees, put his hands down his pants, scratched himself, then grabbed some beverages and then go to the back and help make pizzas. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 absolutely disgusting.

Just called to place a delivery. I asked if there was any promotions or specials. I was told, "nope", and nothing else. The wait was odd as I hoped to hear anything about pizza prices, but wasn't told a thing. So I ask for the manager. I ask the same thing, and again I'm told, nope! I find it very weird that they no, but when I look online for this location, it says there is promotions for delivery. There always is. This location just seems straight lazy. I'll just order dominoes already.

Ordered a pizza at 8:50 pm - 9:00 pm, was set to be here at 9:34 pm. Never arrived, called the store and she assured me that it was on the way. It’s currently 10:13 pm. They are closed now.

If I could give zero stars i would. We placed an order for delivery and didn't get the order. Called the store and asked about it since it had been 2 hrs since placing the order. The store said they've had our order sitting there for 45 minutes. We asked why it wasn't delivered and they said they didn't see that it was for delivery. Horrible customer service. No one offered to resolve the issue.

Our pizzas were only slightly warm. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Specifically, the large pizza were ordered had only 15 pieces of pepperoni. That is ridiculous! The black olives on the medium were few and far between. We were very disappointed. The bread sticks were not hot.
