What a great experience. We needed a physical for my middle school aged son and realized it at the last minute. We were able to walk in and the front desk staff was super helpful, the process was fast and I just couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks for making getting our son’s physical process so painless!

Went there for a DOT Physical and Urine Drug Test/Sample. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. Most everyone else seemed to be there for Drug Test. They got me in and out pretty quickly.

I was sent here for my urine test the lady as soon as I gave her my itinerary stated it wasn’t correct temp n dispose of my urine and went back to sit in the front with other employees yes I do eat ice a lot and have a habit but her professional work ethic was terrible as well I felt judged off my color I was able to go next day an redo, due to I did rush to get all done same day as interview when went next morning the receptionist was rude when I was trying to update my contact info the lady who assisted me was very sarcastic and after I gave urine sample n initial my sample she told me to go out in lobby it be 5 mins she came bk less than 5 and finished my procedure for job a lady came in and threw my sample on counter, sighed and walked out I didn’t understand why was my sample left with anyone else and then bring to us in a clear bag and the lady stated it has to be sent out to the lab I have done plenty of urine samples and I will be calling the main line to report this office because there were all very unprofessional and made me feel as if they were doing something to my sample due to how she had me wait in lobby which was a bit different I have always stood with the one doing sample up until it being put in bag and all to be sent out. I will be contacting main office of the facility due to racial profile as well lack of professionalism at a work place I feel the whites were greeted and treated fairly upon me it was just have a seat someone be with you, I pray my sample was handled correctly n done correctly with no issues I have never failed a urine sample and I will definitely be contacting the job I applied for as well cause when I called after sample I was not able to reach anyone at end of day we all bleed same the judgement of color is beyond sickening and getting out of hand. Just do right of job and others you not there to like a individual you only dealing with for 20-30 if that depending on what’s all needed in the visit definitely never felt so judge being black ever in life. The blonde head VERY RUDE AND HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AS WELL she definitely does not need to be in this field and was talking about me to her employees n rolling her eyes I feel cause I came at 4:45 she stated my urine was not 98 degrees she said so if my test comes back with any issues I am going to take it to higher up

I like this place. Good people. Great conversation. DOT Exam went smooth *2yrs later and the service is still great. Maybe even better this time. Very friendly staff. Time efficient. Even gave me a t-shirt at the end of the visit. Highly recommended establishment.

Staff is prejudice and don’t follow federal nor state regulations when it comes to drug testing. Jenny, the Vice President of the company, told me herself drug tests are at the discretion of her staff. I took the drug test multiple times with an acceptable urine temperature and they stated they would not accept my urine unless it was 98 degrees. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog. So if you are in the job market, I not advise you to have your recruiter send you to this place. If you don’t look like money you will not make no money. Not with them testing you!

So far best place I have been to to get a physical done for your student doesn't take much time at all and the cost is very decent I would highly recommend this place do you do any type of physical evaluation for your student or when that season starts

I had a great experience using this company. The customer service was exceptional! I had a deadline to get a drug test done and they waited for me to arrive after closing hours, and waited for me to get everything done hours after they were supposed to close. Jenny is a true class act, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Following a workplace vehicle accident, I was instructed to go to Thumbs Up Compliance for a post accident drug test. Hours posted are M-F 9 to 5, unfortunately that isn't how they operate. As I pulled into the parking lot at 4:45, I saw 3 people walk in. I parked, walked to the door only to find it locked at 4:50. Knocking produced no results and a phone call was.not answered. As a result, I had to drive 45 minutes to Round Rock to take my test within legal time limits. Not cool. I let our H.R. department know and we will now be using a different service.
