Went in to see about selling a Disney Mini Mouse walker in like new condition, a pack and play in great condition and a Jumparoo that was in very good condition. They offered me $15 for the $65 walker and told me that the other two items were too stained for them to take. I wasn't happy but I took the $15 for the walker because I drove 45 minutes to get there. Out in the parking lot I was loading up my Jumparoo and a nice young couple offered me$30 for it! The staff was very nice though!

Yesterday I wrote this review and it was kind by giving them one star they should be minus a few stars. I called before I did the hour plus drive. I was told they would receive clothes. When we arrived some lady with fake lashes said that they were not receiving because it was a long wait. I even mentioned I had called. She said sorry but we are not receiving you Can come back during the week. It was not misunderstood. They inconsiderate. Horrible place.. Called came asked if they were taking stuff. They said yes. Made the hour for them to say they were not taking anything during the weekend…

These places make me laugh. You have 4 young people that have never had a kid checking in baby clothes. Do you think as a HS kid they know what to look for??? They dont. These places are hit or miss in whatever town you are in. Goodluck

I have sold here a few times and was very pleased with the amount offered to me. Love that you can leave and get a text when it's ready to be picked up. Staff is friendly and they have a great selection of items. Likely headed there today.

Zero stars I hope this review helps someone to not go there and waste your valuable time. This is a horrible store to sell any of your baby items. I brought in many baby boy clothing items and it is hard to find baby boy clothes and I was only offered $20 for well over ten items. They stole from me. They mixed my items up with someone else or just completely stole from me. I just don’t understand. I was not given a break down of what they took and how much each item was because they stole from me! I will never sell here ever again. Not worth the 45 minute plus wait time or any time at that. To your response I wasn’t given the option to go over the items before I cashed out and you all took more than sleepers do not lie. You all didn’t even give me 5% of what those sleepers were worth. You all took so many items. And on top of that I wasn’t given the option to get my items back. When buying from people you all need to go over your rules throughly and not mix up clothing items with other sellers. I will not be returning to your so called convenient store to be stolen from.

Ill start off by saying the store is well organized, seemed to be decently clean. But I am fairly disappointed. I went in with the intentions to sell the 200+ items that I had from my son ranging from NB to 3 months and purchasing ones in his size. All in VERY good condition. Some still brand new that he never wore, they just didn’t have the tags because I wash all of my kids clothes before they wear them. The associates took 30 items out of the lot I had and refused the rest due to “staining”. I couldn’t help but laugh because they didn’t take any items that were brand new.. there couldn’t possibly be any stains. I honestly feel like they didn’t go through the items and were being lazy. And when I walked the store I saw clothes that were in ugly condition. Lint balls and stains on pajamas etc. I drove from out of town 45 minutes to have this experience. Will NEVER go here again.

I love OUAC, I love that I can sell the clothes my little out grows and replace them all at the same time. I have always been given great prices for the stuff I sell, and they stuff they didn't take they have always explained why. The point system is the best and as far as I know they are the only ones that do the point system that 20-25% comes in handy. :) I ABSOLUTELY love that they sell the Boutique section and the highest I have ever paid for their boutique clothes was $8.50 (compared to retail at $30-$50.00) that is a great deal especially when your babies grow so fast and only get to wear somethings maybe once or twice before they out grow it. Your baby can still look stylish and for a great price. I have always gotten great shoes there as well. I love the selection they have. I do however agree that some of the younger girls working there can be rude, but I just chalk it up to their age. i will say that out of all the times I have been in bought/and sold in the last year and a half I have only had maybe 3 bad experiences. Not everyone has the best of days and sometimes they might not even notice that they are coming across the way that you are taking it.. Anyways, I loved everyone that I have ever dealt with as far as selling goes and I also understand the fact that they only buy what they can sell, what sense does it make for them to buy items that doesn't make them money in return? I always recommend my friends with babies and toddlers to go here!

A friend told me about this place and said I had to check it out. I had some time to kill one day in between jobs, so I checked it out. I fell in love. I now go in at least once a week, and never leave empty handed or without a bargain find. The staff are great, so helpful! And they always have great merchandise at a great price. I shopped throughout my pregnancy and was able to get almost everything I needed for my new baby here. I also was able to outfit my 11 and 2 year old children. Can't say enough how much I love this place and all the staff! If you want to get quality clothing and accessories, from helpful staff and at a great price you this is the only place you will need to shop! Love it! You will feel like family once you walk in the door!
