I have never designed jewelry before but I knew what I wanted for my 30th anniversary. The staff at Waco Jewelers listened. I got everything I wanted and more, within my budget AND it arrived early. I lovey new ring and I am so thankful for Waco Jewelers.

Sadly, the owner yelled at and publicly berated my 87 year old father who respectfully questioned paying for the “resized” watch band in photo. Yes, that is the final product. The owner claimed he could not feed his family now, although we were happy to pay for the other resized watch that did fit. Hoping he gets a visit from the Christmas spirit and stops bullying seniors. My father is so distressed over the incident and I hope no one else has to endure such treatment.

I am from Fort Worth, we were just driving by and decided to stop. I was looking for a replacement Star Sapphire ring. When the replacement was not available the staff suggested I just fix mine. They had a replacement stone in stock and set it for me all in under an hour. If I lived in Waco this is the only place I would go.

They sized my wedding rings and totally shaved off more gold than ever. Left divets and dents, rings fit horrible. I paid $300 for them to steal my gold and butcher my rings.

This was my first time visiting Waco Jewelers. Though my husband had stopped by yesterday checking out some ideas for my birthday. He wanted me to personally make the final decision on a silver chain that I had requested. The salesgirl from yesterday remembered him and immediately acknowledged him. Amber then set about showing me what my husband had selected. I made a minor revision and she was very helpful in making sure that the right chain would be special ordered. This was a very pleasant experience compared to some of the department store jewelry counters. Their pricing was very competitive.

The staff here is great and I got a reasonable price for my beautiful ring. I cannot wait to do business with them as they answered all of my questions (said 14k, was 10k on the tag but I miscalculated), phoned when they said they would. (The kids were very surprised! As was I.) So I had a great purchase, and the young lady who helped us was wonderful and Michael's handiwork is just awesome....instead of thinking out the gold to resize they actually put more in I think. Great investment. Thank you Michael and staff!
