My husband traded his truck in and purchased a truck from holiday auto group in February 2022. We are from Shreveport, LA so he had to drive a good distance. First red flag, the salesman only put like $15 worth of gas in the truck. Every dealership we’ve purchased a car from has always filled the tank as a courtesy. Second flag, we receive a toll bill in the mail about a month later for a car with the same temp tag as the one they issued us. My husband calls the salesman, Kyle Ellis and asked what the deal was. He said sometimes people take pictures of your temp number and copy them and there was nothing he could do. Whatever, we took care of it ourselves. Third red flag, it was a week past expiration of the temp tag and we still haven’t received permanent tags for the truck. My husband calls the salesman again and says oh I don’t know maybe they got lost in the mail. Come to find out the salesman entered our address completely wrong in the file after my husband put the correct address on the application, and texted it to the salesman several times. We had to visit our local title place and pay for a license plate oop. Kyle told my husband to send a receipt and he would be refunded for the mix up. I had previously left a bad review on the Facebook page and he asked if I would removed the review for the refund. The receipt was sent 5 weeks ago and we realized today we have not received the refund. It isn’t a big amount of money but it’s just the principle. The manager, Ty sanders, calls my husband being very rude and says it was my husbands fault for the wrong address and he would NOT be refunded. I will never use this dealership again and will go out of my way to steer people away from here!

Working on a deal for a Bolt EUV for hours with this dealership. They were waiting on my credit union to call with loan details and the dealership sent me an update that they sold the car to someone else. Buyer Beware!

I worked with Wes and he was great. We went online and built what we wanted and it arrived right when he said it would. Throughout the whole process his communication was great. We did the whole deal over the phone and he had it delivered to us over 2 hours away. We could not be happier or have had a better experience. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Just purchased a used car from Holiday and it was the easiest and most painless car buying experience ever. They brought the car to me to test drive, then delivered upon purchase. The car was exactly as advertised, no surprise fees, and the sales staff was attentive and help. Stark contrast to a recent buying experience at another dealership more local. Highly recommend Holiday.

What I look for in a business is exceptional customer service and honesty, especially when it comes to purchasing a car, even more so when it’s used. Jeramy Hansley, took care of everything I needed in order for me to get a truck I had my eyes on. He was very informative when it came to vehicle specs and very patient when I had a lot of questions! I appreciate the great customer service, but I appreciate even more the honesty. I did not leave the dealership with the truck. In fact, I didn’t even make it to the dealership to pick it up. To make a long story short, in the process of transporting the truck from a sister lot to the lot that was waiting with my paperwork, the truck’s check engine light came on. They took the truck to service, where they read the code and fixed what needed to be fixed so that the code would clear. It could have ended at that, they could have cleared the code, not told me about it and sold me a faulty vehicle, but they didn’t! Jeramy called me this evening to inform me of what happened and to tell me that he did not want to put me in a situation where I would be unhappy with them as a business and more than anything to put me in a bind financially with a car that may be faulty in the near future. It takes a very honest person and an honest business to do that, especially when the paperwork had been drawn up and all they needed from me was a signature. Jeramy saved me a six hour drive and the stress that comes with dealing with a financed vehicle that is having issues (whether big or small) even before it is driven off the lot. I didn’t get my truck this time, but this business’ honest practices have allowed them to gain a customer when the timing is perfect for me to come in and pick up my next vehicle. Thank you for your honesty Holiday Auto Group and thank you Jeramy for your time!

been talking to the sales person for two days about a truck I'm interested in, he was too pushy to fill the credit application, the next day (when i had free time) I filled the application, he calls and said: everything looks good. he calls 2 minuets later and said: someone else is interested in your truck, let's see if he's gonna buy the truck. I was like: excuse me?? i applied for the application to get the truck and i want it, he said: but he's here now its first come first serve!! WOW!!! I live in Houston (5.5 hours away) Sir, don't you think i'd be there if i didn't live that far from you?? then i offered to send him a deposit. he said: the deposit wouldn't hold the truck!! in what universe a deposit wouldn't hold a sale???????? what kinda sales strategy this dealership is using????? i'd love to speak to his manager. coz this salesperson just cost us credit points to apply for this truck
