I have been dealing with Triple S Polaris since 2016 when they sold me my first machine. Since then i have bought and sold many other’s and everytime they go above and beyond from purchasing the machine to service and if ever needed warranty work they always give top notch service. If you’re looking to get yourself a new Polaris don’t hesitate to deal with Colton, Whitney and their awesome team.

Absolutely horrible! I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out because they said they were busy. They did not even touch my machine for a week and a half after my appointment. Only after I called 3 days in a row did they finally do something. They told me it was going to be $150 and final bill was $225. I am not sure if it is because they typically over charge or because I declined them doing extra work. I have been in business management for 18 years, I have a bachelor in business and I am a mechanic. This is the worst service center I have dealt with and poor customer service. While the people I spoke with were fairly pleasent to talk to they did not keep with my appointment and I even brought it to them a day early then after all that they billed me more. The times I did call they made false promises like "it is going in today and we will call you when it is done this afternoon." It was never done. I was considering buying a brand new machine from them but I will never do business with them again. Also the receipt just states how much I paid and not itemized as to how they came up with that figure. I wonder why... Bad representation of Polaris and atv repair

I am not real big on reviews. However, this does merit one. SSS was awesome. I had an issue. I met with Colton the owner. He got Cade and his team involved. They not only diagnosed the issues with my machine, but informed me of the recommended repairs. They jumped through their tails to repair it late in the day. Cade was fantastic at keeping me informed. A special thanks to Colton and Cade for making it happen. The machine runs like a champion. I am well pleased Kevin Woods

This shop is great! They got our RZR serviced earlier than expected. There was a small misunderstanding on another item & they made it right without question. Koa & Shad were very communicative and got us all set for a fun weekend. Thanks Triple S for the great service.

Two things - (#1) I was able to bring my machine in with incredible service (thank you Andrea!!) and everything went perfect from reception to when I drove away with my repaired machine. Service was quick and communication was amazing. I loved it so much that i actually decided (item #2) to buy a new Ranger. Their show room was so great and all the options were available for my review and touch. I'll keep this as my "go to" place for performance machines! Thank you Triple S!

Triple S should be proud to call Andrea an employee of theirs. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. We purchased a brand new Polaris General last year and have had issues with it almost since we got it. We are from Vegas and we went to one of the few places in town that work on side by sides and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Triple S installed a few things for us (back seat bench, street legal kit, etc) when we first got the machine last year so we naturally thought going to them to help us diagnose the problem would be our next option. So we made the drive to cedar city and dropped off our machine on one of our vacation trips up to Panguitch lake. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately but Andrea made sure to truly help us get the best deal, she made sure all our regular service was up to date, she made sure to have it done in a beyond speedy time to make sure we had it for our long vacation, AND, when she found out we weren’t going to be able to pick it up before closing time, she made arrangements to allow us to pick up our General after closing time. WOW is all I can say. I have never met an employee to go so above and beyond for their customer. Needless to say, we won’t let anyone else ever work on our machine except for Triple S. Thank you Andrea for being the person you are and truly caring about your customers. We appreciate it more than you know.
