Terrible service from Lourdes, she has an arrogant attitude and is very rude in customer service. If you are going to work with the public you must have an attitude to speak, be friendly and if something cannot be explained and be kind to people, it seems that she hates working there, examine the people you hire well because they do not make you want to go back send money there.

Rude service by Lourdes. I was ignored for about 5 minutes until i asked for assitance and with an arrogant attitude she still kept me waiting. Keep your negative character at home and don't bring it to your work place. Western Union or Smiths please vet your candidates before hiring them.
