Constant issue with trying to place an order. You can never order via online, you call they never answer and when they do they put you on hold I just leave you hang in there and never come back on the phone. I just called back they went to put me on hold and I said please don’t put me on hold I said if you are too busy that’s fine just tell me and I’ll go someplace else to get my lunch and she hung up on me deliberately and loudly. We buy many subs we actually do Saturday lunch is here and that’s all going to stop!

Don't use a debit or credit card here because they are adding tips to the transaction after the customer has left.

For $32+ dollars, not worth it. We had a Larry's back in Kingsbay and it was AMAZING. We are visiting Savannah and this was just absolutely disappointing. Did not taste right or good at all.

This place is terrible. Ordered a Cuban with no pickles, they put basically double pickles, only two slices of meat on the sub. Gigantic waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My favorite sub stop! I live in St Augustine Fl and travel to Savanna on business at times. Every time I'm in the area this is my spot. Great and unique subs! Staff is great and Mr Desai always makes me feel like a regular! Highly Recommend!

The steak and cheese I got was so chewy, like it was nothing but tendens. And they barely put any vegetables on it at all. I used to work at a Larry's giant subs so, I was very disappointed to see how far they'd fallen. I can't suggest trying this location.

I wasn't expecting Carnegie Deli but I expected a lot more than one thin layer of each meat on my Italian "big one" from Larry's "giant" subs. This was less than Subway for more money. Definitely disappointing.

NO STARS!! Google made me give one to post. Every time I try going here they manage to make it worse than last time. My order has never been right. NEVER!! This place is less than clean as always slow. I have seen the manager or owner here just flat out be rude to people. I was there today at 12:30 they should be crowded for lunch and had one guest eating. I went to the cash register to order and the lady at the register was scrolling on her phone. She never looked up to acknowledge me, say hello nothing. So after about 45 seconds, I just left. Will never be back. Do not waste your money here.

First time going back after a while. Not the same quality in used to. Employees are lacking in customer service. Two of which were behind the counter more invested in the rap battle they were listening to instead of their jobs. Also pretty unsanitary for them to be handling their phone and then handling food. The sandwich itself was ok. Meat wasn't the same quality as it used to be. Hopefully the other location in savannah hasn't dwindled in service.
