I sat in the line for 5 minutes while I waited for someone to take my order. I then proceeded to the second window because I had been sitting there for a while and I sat there for 7 more minutes, then someone came to the window and proceeded to say they are close but never not once went on the speaker to let me know before trying to place a order!!! Definitely will not be back horrible costumer service

Per usual Frappuccino was down. When I arrived in the drive thru the breakfast menu was still up. Cashier asked me to wait a minute and she'll be right with me. Five minutes later the menu changes and she asked my order. I was all set for breakfast and had to switch it up and then switch it again since I couldn't get a mocha frappe. Order two Mcchicken at the beginning of the lunch hour and you expect hot and fresh. Nope, lukewarm and tough as if it was sitting under a lamp for hours. Weekday morning crew is good. Weekend crew sucks. JS.

It took over an hour to receive my food, and when I did I could tell that the food was made a while ago because everything was cold, and the only thing correct on the order was my son's chicken nuggets. I didn't even get the drinks I ordered. Oh, and the phone number posted is out of service.

Ordered a double chs burger and large Coke with light ice. Doesn't get any more simple. When I pulled out I realized he short changed me $5, more than what I got. Took a sip of my Coke(that had no ice). It wasn't cold and tasted horrible. And the cashier and person who handed me the food were extremely rude for no reason at all. Horrible food, horrible service, dumb employees. Do not go here.

Consistently poor service, Consistently missing standard items like ICE, chicken nuggets, among other things. Every drive thru customer is asked to pull around the building and wait. Even by McDonald's standards it's bad.

Burritos were a dry tortilla with a smidge of filling, terrible. Only saving grace was a sausage biscuit. We threw away the other burritos. I wouldn't throw them to my chickens...

Absolutely worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The drive thru was ridiculously slow, the price I was told at the intercom was lower than what I actually paid, had to reorder at the 1st window, and my order completely incorrect. I'd rather repeatedly slam my hands in a steel door than eat at this establishment again.

The big Mac had too much lettuce and burgers were dried out. I got someone else's quarter pounder, with only cheese. The only good thing was the smoothie.
