Just moved to the area as a new contractor and came to Advanced Hardware for some help. I talked with Manuel and he was very helpful. I was able to set up an account with them and get the tool I was looking for. I would recommend you stop by and see if they can help you out.

Been here a couple times and it’s been a hassle every time. The door is locked and you have to call in to the front desk to get help. I ordered too many hinges and when I returned them they charged a 15% restocking fee. Overall some of their processes are just so sticky that I’ll find a new place to get my hardware from now on

So helpful! The front desk men were helpful and very friendly. I brought in a hinge and Chuck was able to get me the right one in minutes. He also explained how to put it in. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Very friendly and nice local business to help me find a piece that cannot be found at Lowe’s or home depot. They’re courteous to give discounts and appreciate any businesses even as small as my order. Highly recommended.

Wonderful customer service and is very timely on orders. They can deliver or have pickup at will call. The paint side can match any paint or stain on any wood. The wait time for out of stock items is almost never over a week, mostly 2 business days.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Very rude! I know I am not a cabinet person and don’t know cabinet terminology, But all I needed to do was switch out some hinges that I bought yesterday. I tried explaining what I needed and the lady said she did not understand and did not have anything close to what I needed. I even had a picture of what I needed. Another guy helped me out and found the ones that I needed. They were the exact same ones I had but with a 1 1/4 setback instead of 5/8. She mentioned to me if I brought them back, there would be a restocking fee in a rude tone. Even though I switched out the hinges, they still charged a restocking fee. I thought it was pretty ridiculous. Not very good customer service and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Tom, my lacquer guy, is incredible. He recommended just the right finishes for our kitchen project and the results from his recommendations (and my amazing cabinet maker) have been fantastic. Recently, I needed to order some more to get the dining set finished to match the kitchen and Tom remembered my original order-- which is nothing short of amazing. Great products and service!

We picked up some drawer slides and we accidentally got the wrong size so we called and they said they would let us trade them for the correct ones. We got there and the “acting” manager wouldn’t trade us for the correct slides without charging the restock fee. Does it really cost 15% to put 3 boxes back on the shelf? Especially when we weren’t even returning them, but just trading for the correct ones. We just returned the whole order. She wouldn’t put us in communication with anyone from corporate or anything. We may be out 15% but they are out all our future business. We also wasted money in gas going miles out of our way two days in a row.

This is an awesome place for hardware, I was looking for a very specific wood filler and they had it for a very convenient price. Parking lot is massive and sales representatives are friendly.
