They don't have any service person available to help you in time. We had a order showing ready for pick up. But after going there one guy named naseer came and he said it's gonna take 10 more mins and I can't do anything. That guy was not cool. I told him if you can't do anything then let your manager know about the situation. Then he was gone.

If I could give this photo center zero stars I would. I ordered maybe 25 pictures and a small poster. When I went to pick up my photos the lady who helped me was incredibly rude. I walked up to the counter and stated I was there to pick up by photos and she glared at me and said “AND?” then kept trying to send me to the kiosk. After arguing with her and telling her that I was sure this is where I pick my photos, she looked behind her and saw my pictures RIGHT THERE ON THE COUNTER with a big sticker with my name on it. Oh! And I never got my poster because they were supposedly “out of poster paper” and didn’t tell me. I will buy my OWN photo printer and teach myself how to do it before going here to get pictures developed ever again. ☺️

Their customer service in the photo center is very slow. They don't seem very concerned with making you wait.

Worst Walmart we've ever been to. We actively avoid it. They have never had more than one or two lanes open and there's always ridiculous lines. Doesn't matter time of day.
