I had loan for my house about 25 years ago through Wells Fargo it was a nightmare, I ended up doing a short sale so I didn't have a Foreclosure, It affected my credit for years, they were no help when I needed them to give me papers to prove payments made, still had to sale when I shouldn't have to.

Had an appointment to do a wire transfer to another bank. When I came in I met with Danielle and she was super nice. We figured out another way that we could move the funds without costing me a bunch. I was super impressed that she was willing to help a client that way instead of being rigid. I think it's rare in banking to have someone look out for the client's interest and not the bank's. I really appreciated it!

I have banked here for years and have gotten to know most of the staff and on a first name basis with most of them. I actually enjoy going there. Their service is great from the top down. Doug and his team are great. Customer service has been wonderful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I went in to get my name changed on my Debit Card after getting married. We met with one of the employees for over an hour to go through this procedure. She was very short and snotty with us. When I told her my social security # she rudely responded, "all SSNs are 10 digits girl." .............they are 9. After we went through ALL of this, I get my debit card back in the mail 2 weeks later with MY SAME MAIDEN NAME ON IT. SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME!

I deposited a check because I was negative and the banker told me I wouldn't get a overdraft fee. I ended up getting one and the loan officer gave me the run around and would not refund it for me. He told me a bunch of lies just to get me off the phone and was kind of rude. I do not recommend this branch!

HORRIBLE customer service. Never have I had a more cocky careless manager. I will not be back except to close the account we have through them. Got told he didn’t care about a payment because he’s on salary and it doesn’t effect him. Yes, because employees that don’t care about your company are the ones you want working there. What a joke!!

Called at 4:56 to ask if I could do a withdrawal. I pulled into the bank at 5:01 and she refused because it was past 5. Registers still open, and about 4 different people there. Central Bank is across the street and like most banks now, closes the lobby at 5 but keeps the drivethru open til 6.

I was with Wells Fargo for 12 years then my husband tried to log on to our account one too many times so the shut down access to our account. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem to no avail. I went into this location and no one could help me. The bigger problem is corporate, but I have also been treated poorly by the manager there. The only reason we stayed so long with them is the many locations around the country. UCCU is so much better and you are not on hold forever. They help you solve issues.
