Love the store!! Always have new merchandise! Sometimes for me, it's too dark to see the merchandise. Not enough lighting! Never a dull moment! Love it!

Sped here to by stuff for a wedding before they closed at 9pm. Walked in at 850. Employee said they were closed, I said oh when do you close? They said 9 but we close 5 minutes early…. I walked out 852. Would rather buy online than waste gas and support that store. #callmeakarenidontcare

I ordered something online but decided I needed the money more than the product, so I sent the package back, unopened “return to sender”. That was in August & it is now the middle of January. I am still waiting for my refund. This company’s customer service is a pathetic disgrace! I want my measly $43.34 back. They keep giving me the runaround & making excuses despite having the receipt and everything. Do not buy from Spencer’s! They won’t return your money!

I absolutely love the way they handled someone walking into the store who wasn't wearing a mask!!! A million gold stars for that! The state doesn't require us to wear them anymore but a lot of businesses are going by CDC guidelines until further notice, so not every place is mask free now. So employees are STILL asked to tell us when we enter that we need one to stay. They had someone walk in quite quickly past an associate who politely said he still needed a mask to be inside of the store and then proceeded to ignore her. So another employee tried to let him know that he still needed a mask, to which he was rude. So he said something to the effect of, "Well done then I'm leaving." And An associate replied, "Good!" It doesn't matter what the situation, we never are supposed to take verbal abuse as retail employees. So cheers to standing up for yourself and the brand mah dude 👏🤘 Also they're just doing their jobs y'all! Calm down 😊

OMG they have all of my favorite things Stitch, Harley Quinn, and Friends!!! I even found items that I couldn't find on Amazon!!!! The staff were extremely helpful and super cool!! I can't wait to go back!! New other favorite store!!!!

Store nice and clean. Friendly staff, happy to help you with your needs, from t-shirts, to adult content, jewellery, and many more! Great for people who feel shunned by society. Great place to meet alternative folks that like the same stuff as you, deadpool, anime things, nostalgic pop culture references- only people 25 and over will get, AND SO MANY RAPPER T-SHIRTS THAT IT'S ALMOST SICKENING! Emphasis on ALMOST, because some are pretty awesome/funny ones.
