Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Very polite and patient with customers and take the extra time to to explain prices and options available for your needs with your vehicle. They even took the time to contact a couple of they're other stores to find the right tires for the truck we just bought.

That is considered their "labor" charge set by the store and not the company according to Samuel the store Mgr. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere (Walmart charges $29 and that includes new valve stems and dispose of your old tire) if you don't want to pay $200 a set. Ive been a customer of Discount Tire for 10+ years and I will never return!!

I was not pleased with their service. My boyfriend was 6 hours away from home and went in to get a tire replaced because it blew up on the freeway. Let them know that morning about it. Bought the tire and they said that they could get him in within 2-3 hours. That was at 10 am. He went back in at 1 pm and they said that he was to wait another 2-3 hours before they could get him in again. Not happy at all about this. I understand that they are busy but wish they would have been more honest about the wait time. Took the tire that we bought and took it to another place to have it mounted and balanced. Somewhere else.

This team went above and beyond. We had got a screw in our tire on our way home from Cali. As busy as they were they still took us in and got us back on the road very fast. They were willing to stay open late just to make sure we got back on the road. To top it off their technicians were polite and amazingly fast.

Super awesome staff! We blew a tire on the freeway and rolled into this location. It was a Saturday so when they told us a 4-5 hour wait, we understood. However, they got it done in half the time, they honored my warranty so I only paid $21 for a new tire. The staff were super fast, kind and professional. Highly recommend this location!

I went to have winter tires swapped for summer tires on the same rims. I went here as I purchased the tires from Discount Tire. I had a full size spare, and they correctly fitted the unused tire on the spare wheel as requested. The service was also very quick. Unfortunately, they mounted the tires with the white sidewall inside rather than outside. Not a huge deal as the tires are not directional, but annoying either way. They also managed to loose my valve stem caps for the second time in a row. When asked, they said they would put the valve stem caps back on, but they only had the generic cheap plastic caps. They somehow "lost" the aftermarket caps I had to purchase when they lost all four last time. Also, tire pressures were MASSIVELY off. Both rear tires should have been 33 psi, they were 32psi and 38 psi. Both front should have been 35 psi, but one was 33psi and the other 41 psi. I understand being 5% or so off due to temperature, but being 3% low to 17% high, with NONE of the tires the same seems like incompetence to me. I have had this same issue with tire pressures in the past, and clearly this issue has not been addressed. Pressures were obtained via a 2A grade guage.

This team was great. We were passing through, losing pressure with a screw in the tire, and they got us up and running pretty quick on the spot. And because it was easily repairable there was no charge! Good policy, good service.

The staff is always on-the-ball and friendly. A scheduled Appointment is the best way these days. I'm sure walk-ins are still available, but you'll be waiting a long time.... I sure wish they'd open another Discount or two in town. Washington County isn't getting any less populated.

We blew a tire on the highway. I called in advance and they checked me in from the highway. We still waited a bit, but we were also told it was a long wait. The sales counter person was extremely nice. We were in luck and they had the exact same tire (though we didn't buy original from discount). Stupid drill bit on the highway. Thanks Discount for fixing us up and getting us back on the road!!
