So I’m had a bad experience I bought something with my credit card and they refuse to give me cash and saying it wasn’t the same card so I could only get a gift card I wanted my money back as I bought it for someone who I don’t talk to and don’t need it no more I wanted my money back I rate 1 star if I could zero i would because I went to a shoe store for the same thing to return another gift I got someone and they had no problem gibing me cash back!!! This was in south Burlington Vermont!!!

My girlfriend wanted some new stuff so we went there to see what they had and she grabbed a few things it was pretty nice in there but awfully crowded they have a lot of product and not enough room to walk around

Hellooooooo people this place is heaven on earth well at least for me girlfriend!!!!!!! They have body spray, lotions,shower gels, perfumes, plugins that are adorable and so many smells to put in them, hand sanitizer and candles so many yummy stuff. You just have to stop in and see for yourself AND OMG THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding staff! Great products! Good sale prices! Why not shop and buy there??? Store layout is good with plenty of tables of items showcased. Most of the staff know me by name and I like that. I highly recommend this location.

The customer service was outstanding! I had a coupon that wasn't working and the associate did what he needed to do to make it work and never once was impatient. Props to the South Burlington Bath and Body Works!
