Awful pharmacy. I witnessed a pharmacist and a manager yelling at each other, one shouting the other should be reprimanded (unsure the reason). Then, when someone finally helped me, they said they couldn’t fill my prescription because it was “too early” (it wasn’t). I had called one day ahead to have it filled and it was confirmed via phone. Once they fixed that, they said it would take over an hour. I felt like I was in a fever dream it was such a strange and awful experience. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy, go to the CVS across the street.

Kaiser sent a prescription to Walgreens and have confirmation number. I went to this Walgreens and said they dont have it. They said having their system’s Walgreen confirmation number doesn’t mean anything. They dont attempt to help find assistance to what’s obviously their system’s error either. Not coming back here.

I had a 4:30 vaccine appointment. There were few customers there and multiple pharmacy staff. Yet, 40 minutes later they still had not managed to put together and administer my vaccine. I also had to yell a bit (after asking twice) to get my vaxx card back from them, which was weird. Store is nice enough but the pharmacy is a clown show.

I went to pickup pictures on 5/12 I had ordered. I was standing at the photo counter. There was no one there so I just figured I'd wait for them to ping someone or see someone to ask. All of the sudden from the counter, a cashier screams something about if I need something I need to wait in line. I clarified I just had pics to pick up and she continued to scream from across the store that I needed to get in line. I anticipated waiting in the long line after I got the pictures....I was just doing literally what anyone who has ever picked up photos does-- go to the photo table. There were no signs or anything at the photo table, I didn't say anything to anyone or make a fuss about waiting. So rude and unprompted. I obviously left and will be ordering pics from CVS. If you see this-- try a little tenderness!

Their website does not specify that covid testing is only for people with vehicles. I wasted $20 on an Uber to get here and then was greeted by the rudest pharmacy employee. Never will be getting tested at Walgreens again.

The lady at the pharmacy window really helped me and my husband out today! There were no appointments available online at CVS or Walgreens for rapid covid tests and she was so kind to allow us to complete the rapid test same day. We had just come from CVS and they were very rude and condescending to us for asking. Thank you Walgreens @ Lee Highway for helping us!!

We were recently required to find a new pharmacy (Walgreens bought ours and closed it down). We had moved to from Falls church to Arlington so wanted the new pharmacy to be closer to our new home. We visited all in our area and liked this one the best. The pharmacy is open on weekends and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to our house and right off 66 on Arlington Blvd. so easy to access. It is working well for us.

Went here for my birth control prescription refill. They said to wait 20 minutes. I waited in-store and went up to the window after my wait. They said I had to go get a note from my doctor for permision for a refill. It was a week before I ran out of pills and the pharmacist lady was extrodinarily rude to me. I know for a fact my prescription was NOT over for the year and yet they claimed it was when I had 6 refills left. You do not screw around with a woman's birth control.

Always fast service the pharmacist was excellent. He went above and beyond to get my husband prescription filled. My husband has seizures and its important that he has this medication otherwise another trip to emergency room. That meant so much to us both so thank you so much, Clyde and Anita Williams.
