After I started coming here, I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend speedy lube. Fast, friendly, cheaper. Do NOT go to Kidd Tire in richlands, va. They are THIEVES. Speedy Lube took care of my problems for me !

Always get my car inspected here and the mechanic put some battery terminals on my car that I went and got at auto zone and they are very nice and do a thorough job when inspecting your vehicle its first come first serve so sometimes you have to wait but they do a great job

This is the worst place I every saw I'm a woman an can cut a lug nut with out taking a hammer an busting a rim all to he'll the owner said my daughter said to do wat ever it takes to get it off he's is a liar an he knows he was not there the whole time an charged 130 some dollies an could even find the spare in the back of a keep that's some really stumped worker there I don't think I would have guys that couldn't Change a tire an why don't they have keys of there own for problems like that I think they need to close it down they say the owner as more money then he knows wat to do with i see how wen they rip you off like that an really don't won't to rate that place a one it's a zero for me I see wat people means wen they say never go to speedy lube

Who hits a rim with sledge hammer to make a wheel pass over two lug nuts remaining on the wheel causing the rim to bust in several places? Then write on receipt the wheel was cut from lug bolt. Big difference in cutting and busting. I may have said whatever it takes to cut the lug bolts but im responsable for the busted rim....that happened in my absence. For my part of the price was even charged 90 dollars labor additional of price discussed prior to the tire change taking place. Thanks for being any kind of responsible for any reconsiliation of damage done or even attempting to replace the rim ....what a way to treat someone who was willing to be a loyal customer and had been. When u say do what ever it takes to have a tire taken off and a new tire put back i do not think that applies to busting the rim to no replacing the worn tire after that. Wow
