My fiancé and i walked in looking for a specific Rolex and although they didn’t have it we still had the best experience. We loved being in there so much that we decided to start looking at wedding bands as well (for our upcoming wedding) Natalie was so personable and so knowledgeable she showed us so many options and we both left with wedding bands! She was so patient and showed us so much stuff and never once got less excited with each thing she showed. Thank you Natalie, you guys definitely have 2 more lifelong customers now !

As usual, Kravit Jeweler's superceded my expectations. I brought my watch in to have a link added and it was done the next day. The staff is fabulous, friendly and courteous. It's always a pleasure to shop at Kravit.

Was looking for a particular rolex. I called the store and spoke to Bennett Kay, the owner. It was a pleasure. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and truthful. He was very honest and let me know right away that the particular model I wanted was hard to come by. He promised that I will be put on a waiting list and will be contact immediately should the item become available. He told me that if I’m patient, I will eventually get one. True to his words, when it was available, he contacted me the morning after item had come in to the store, incredible! Will definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks again Bennett and Staffs.

Friendly & courteous service. Beautiful jewelry and watches. An authorized Rolex dealer! Marianne provided us with service that I have not experienced at other jewelers. Kravit Jewelers is amazing! Was looking for a limited edition watch that was sold out everywhere. Trish Cassano and the team helped track one down and express mailed it to my home in Ohio. Trish followed up multiple times thought out the process - when found the watch, when they shipped it, and again to make sure I had received it and was happy with the purchase. A++ customer service!

Wonderful family owned business. My family has been customers of Kravit Jewelers for over 30 years. My sister and brother-in-law had their wedding bands designed by one of the owners. They are beautiful and very unique. I wouldn't go anywhere else for aquality piece of jewelry. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are nice as can be.

I am writing this review because superior service deserves to be recognized and I have nothing but high praise for the stall and their professionalism at Kravit Jewelers. I needed to have my 1973 Brooklyn College Graduation Ring resized and had talked to a number ofJewelers that could not or would not provide this service.A few weeks later, I received a flyer in the mail from Kravit Jewelers that listed ring resizing as a Service that they provided. I live in Merrick, so I drove to Oceanside where Kravit Jewelers is located. I talked to an extremely nice Jeweler who within 10 minutes gave me a price for resizing and I had my ring back within 2 weeks. This is what I call service, so I strongly recommend Kravit Jewelers to all my family & friends. .

I visited Kravit Jewlers and let me just tell you these reviews are no joke, i left the store friday evening in awe.. I was treated like a vip client before I even mentioned fixing my chain and getting a gift for my dads birthday.. store employee Natalie offered to steam out my necklace I was wearing right there and then, I knew the service was going to be amazing. I honestly don’t think I can ever return to any jeweler that isn’t Kravit Jewlers my sales person Nataile was so genuine and honest about everything; she helped with what looked good on me and what didn’t. Her guidance was a huge help. I ended up getting a chain for my girlfriend and a bracelet for myself.. That wasn’t the only thing I left with, thanks to Natalie Cruz. I couldn’t thank her enough for educating me and answering all my questions about jewlery and watches. Natalie introduced me to the store manger Val who was very professional and the social media manager… Thank you Natalie for making me feel so welcomed in your store what a great experience, I couldn’t stop talking about it all weekend! If I could I would rate Karavitez 10 stars and their employees 20 stars!
