Whenever I attempt to call the pharmacy, no one answers the phone. The staff can be rude at times, for example.. They will look right at you in a line and then turn around and walk away rather than assisting you. This has happened several times to me. I understand that they are short staffed, but how your treated as a customer shouldn't change.

Awful experience every single time. Line is ALWAYS long and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. I’ve been currently standing in line for 15 + minutes and have seen 2 people complete their checkout. Just as bad as cvs across the street

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Been calling for over 6 hrs today for one prescription and no one picked up. Even called the front twice, who transferred and still no one answered. The front wanted to use the excuse they are understaffed and busy. Then hire more people. Totally uncalled for. This is peoples health they are dealing with. The company makes millions, hire more help. Will never go back again.

The drive through has been closed the last two times I went there this month. No handicap parking available or any other spots unless you can walk a long distance. Called ahead to see if my mother's medicine was ready for pick up, but know no answers the phone. So after waiting a half of a day I went in the store to find at least 20 people in line. When it was my turn the medicine had still not been filled. The lady who waited on me was friendly. Not enough workers!!! I felt sorry for the people that was working!!

I've been using this pharm from the moment they opened the store. I love their service and friendly staff (even a lady named Lisa who apparently needed a hug that day.) The comments from people about the wait times, guess what, NO pharmacy can completely guarantee a time when your prescription will be ready because OTHER people need prescriptions and sometimes that puts the pharm behind on YOUR prescription. They are people, not machines and they DO care. Do you know how fast and how many prescriptions they fill per day. Be nice. I'm grateful for this place. I've had them go above and beyond when I had problems with my physical handicap, my prescription questions, etc. I recommend them.

Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner. This pharmacy has more issues than I've ever experienced at any local pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions are messed up, "ready" prescriptions take 30 minutes to pick up (terrible if you're on lunch break just trying to grab it real quick) and overall the quality of this pharmacy has gone drastically down hill over the last year. I'll be transferring future prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacy has gone down hill over the last year. My prescription is on auto refill but the last 3 months I have had to call them to get it refilled...then when I go to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready it was not ready. They use to be much better. Don't know if they are under new management but they are horrible now.

When I goto pick up my prescription I always wait til the next day to pick it up after it has been called in. Usually they say it is not ready, and it will take 25 minutes to fill it. So I ask them to verify when the prescription was called in, and they say one day ago. So it has been 2 days. When you call the pharmacy to check on your prescription, no one answers the phone. They just cannot get it together. I am gonna change pharmacies, because you have to spend 30 min wandering around the store waiting. For your prescription to be filled, Then you have to go back and stand in line another 10-15 minutes. Also their drive thru is closed. So honestly not worth it.

Do you enjoy long lines, being lied to, and terrible service? Then Kroger in christiansburg is perfect for you. Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Trust me you don’t need your life saving medication enough to deal with their stupidity.

First of all let me say I have been shopping at this Kroger's for around 9 months. I thought since my former Kroger's was so awesome that this would be the case here as well. It's not. This Kroger pharmacy is aweful. The wait time is always at least an hour longer than they say, not sure why when they have like 6 people working at all times. Several of the male workers are rude, and they are never consistent, when you take in a prescription that you need on a monthly basis the day they will fill it changes almost every time. I'm changing where I go.
