I’ve had so many issues here in the past and been using this pharmacy since 2015, Sandy did get me in and out in about 20 Minutes last month. August 6th 2022.

I've had several good experiences at the CVS location. Great customer service from the staff and especially from the pharmacy. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had and make sure that my medication was the right one for me.

There's a reason for the bad reviews for CVS. My wife went to buy me a heating pad and the lady at the register was very friendly at first trying to push this $5 month membership. When my wife said she doesn't shop there that much the lady's who demeanor changed becoming rude. CVS train your people on customer service.

Literally just called to see if they carried Children’s Pseudoephedrine, A Lady answered and said I’ve never heard of it we have Lisinopril. I said can I speak to the pharmacist and she stated she was the pharmacist and said she has never heard of Pseudoephedrine and hung up on me. So I got my spouse to call who is a pharmacist and she said we have Lisinopril and mucinex. If you have congestion I recommend not going there you might Lisinopril.

AVOID THE MINUTE CLINIC. Redheaded extremely rude nurse practitioner is also incompetent and lazy. Clinic advertises services it actually does not offer. Save yourself time and aggravation.

I have been going to this cvs for months now, & they were good for awhile. Today I had to pay $55 for my medicine when I get a coupon from my doctors office for only $20 before. Every time they were nice about it & looked it up. Today they were saying it was only for federal insurance when I have used it in the past. They were rude about it, too. I will be transferring to Walgreens from now on.

Wow!! Shuts down pharmacy for 2 whole days right before a major snow storm. Can’t transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy because CVS has already billed my insurance. Lovely

I have not dealt with the pharmacy, so this review is for the Minute Clinic and front of store only. I've been really impressed with the NPs at the Minute Clinic. They have all been wonderful! I prefer them to most PCPs. They listen well and address the problem. The store itself has helpful employees that have not complained about my coupons and have assisted me in finding some item that I can't locate.

Girlfriend and I both came in today to get a covid booster shot and also a flu shot. We did the online appointments a week prior. I attempted to call beforehand and sat on hold forever, with no-one ever answering the phones, to ask questions and availability for the shots. Once arriving, I was informed that my digital records could not be accepted for proof of vaccine status. We were also informed that they were out of the flu shot. Why even let us schedule it then? We left in a very bad mood because 1) it wasted our time driving over there and 2) the lady was rude and didn't know what she's allowed to do. We left and went to the CVS inside of Target. I walked up to the woman and asked if my digital records were acceptable since I had lost the card previously while moving and she said absolutely. The man working the pharmacy counter set up the shot for me, and the lady who administered the shot also filled out a -new- vaccine card for me with my previous information taken from the Department of Health record digitally on my phone. The entire process inside of target took ~10 minutes, no headaches, no misinformation. I would highly avoid this CVS since the staff are -NOT- helpful.

I went to get my prescription and the guy told me that I was supposed to wait and that he would call my name. I waited for 40 minutes and then I decided to go to ask. Another guy came and got my medicine packet from the shelf. The packet was there and they did not tell me nothing. They did not apologize. They employees should be more sympathetic in all aspect, even talking and answering to the costumers.
