They are understaffed and an assembly line. Do not have the staff available to answer anything but the most basic questions when you call. Shortage of staff in America and they are feeling it.

I called this morning to find out how to send a prescription to the pharmacy I was told first to text it to a number I did the number said the call was invalid. I called back again was told to email it. I did at approximately 930 am. I got off work drove thru drive thru to pick it up got there they said it was going to be 30 min wait as they have not done it. I waited again went the drive through and received a prescription for my husband that was over 3 months old and didn’t even get the prescription I sent in this morning. I got home realized it. Called the store again explained it again to the pharmacist she said they don’t even allow patients to fax them in or email them! I told her that the staff told me to do it! I told her this service was unacceptable I’ve been coming here for 5 years but not any more. Save yourself some time don’t take you prescriptions there! Go some where else. I don’t know what is going on there but it’s a shame as it used to be a great place to shop and get your medicine.

If you need a flu shot, don’t bother making an appointment here. I appreciate it’s tough given COVID-19. I also understand the store may be understaffed from time to time. But, we didn’t even get our paperwork until 20 minutes after we arrived. Flu shots are important, so plan on spending an hour here (as opposed to the 10 minutes advertised.)

Two days after testing in this pharmacy,I got no Email for my Covid test result . I spent 45 minutes on the phone here and on the lab where they sent the samples, and finally I figured out they sent samples to Tennessee which take two days to be delivered. Now I may lose my flight and they just say sorry!

The customer service is horrible here because the old man at the cashier talks down to people. He didn't know how to do his job and making a lot of mistakes. When I left, I heard him bad mouthing me. What a horrible place, and the supervisor let him. I guess that is the culture here, bad mouthing customer to let them hear it.

Place was very clean. Pharmacists are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This location also has a huge selection for other goods than I think you typically see in most Walgreens or pharmacy type stores. I got some protein bars, shampoo, hairspray, some body lotions, some medicines and 5 copies of photos. They have special deals for members. We can Order photos online and pick up the same day. Rewards for members, Every dollar you spend you will get 1000 points. The maximum redemption per eligible transaction will be 5000 points ($5 reward).
