The staff is extremely helpful and very efficient, especially at the pharmacy and during checkout. I take my grandmother to this store to pick up her prescriptions and to browse the aisles that are filled with so many products. In one visit Mayerli and Maria went out of their way to help her find a few items as I had to step outside and take a business phone call – there is no cell phone reception inside the store. They are very kind and patient answering all her questions, helping her get what she wants and dealing with all the coupons she has. She always leaves the store with a big smile. We don’t always see Mayerli and Maria when we go but she always asks for them and tells her friends about them. They deserve a lot of credit along with the pharmacist and other staff for providing a great experience at this location.

I stopped by this CVS to pick up a prescription and I was pleasently surprised by the customer service rendered by Maria. Maria intercepted me as I was heading to self check out and said in a polite voice "I can ring you up right here" and before I knew it, she did and it was all much faster than me fumbling with the self check out process. Anyway, Maria's positive attitude and smile really made my evening. In an age where stores are opting to use self check out lanes all for our "convenience", I appreciate that some representatives are still available and want to interact with customers and provide a great customer experience. I honestly don't know why I ever send prescriptions here. I've been picking up my prescriptions from this location for years because it's convenient. I literally don't think I've been there a single time and left without some sort of problem. The pharmacy staff is unhelpful, rude and unprofessional and makes the whole experience a complete bummer. I'm finally breaking the streak and ending the relationship. I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area.

I use this pharmacy because of its proximity to my house, but it leaves me so frustrated, I think I may prefer to drive further for my meds. This week, I called in 2 prescriptions on Monday -- plenty of time before I needed them on Friday to go out of town. When I arrived on Friday afternoon (they were promised for Tuesday), neither prescription was ready. They wanted me to come back later. When I said I couldn't, they said I could wait in the drive-thru while they filled them. What's the point of calling ahead??

This CVS opened up about 3-4 years ago, and although it is not a 24 hour store, it has decent hours. The most appealing factor about this location is that it is fairly well-maintained and clean - pharmacies should be clean. This is compared to the CVS in Annandale, which struggles to keep it even a little dirty.

Worst experience for Covid testing, except for ALL the other CVS locations, and I’ve been to about dozen. For some reason Minute Clinic insisted on giving a full physical just to get a routine Rapid Antigen test without symptoms. 45 min exam for a 15 appt?!? And the system didn’t recognize the appt I already made online at that location. So had to start from scratch…

This CVS does not answer the phone. There is automatic hang up after 30 minutes in hold. Go anywhere else! There is no reason I can't talk to pharmacy when I need to.

The staff was extremely helpful and very efficient, especially at the pharmacy. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Always leave that CVS with a smile.

Corinne, Maria and Naresh went out of their way to help me get my Covid Test done that I had scheduled at another CVS location. I needed the test for international travel that same day and Corinne patiently helped to figure out the issue. This experience made me reconsider wanting to abandon CVS following multiple negative experiences.

The staff at this pharmacy work so hard. They have many times gone out of their way to be helpful. At the busiest times of the day they are understaffed and have multiple demands made on them. And they never lose their patience, even when people are blaming them for insurance decisions over which they no control. I try always to be patient and understanding when I go there. The least they deserve. Always thank your pharmacist!
