This store is seriously understaffed. One (white) guy trying to help another (white) customer and completely ignoring others in the store. And, if that wasn't enough, making faces and literally being rude when being called for help! I can totally understand how frustrated he might be serving all the customers alone but that does not entitle him to behave inappropriately with other customers.

Worst pharmacy ever. Phone system doesn’t work and everything is out of stock every time.

Highway robbery. $30 for a box of 50 disposable masks. At least they had them in stock!!

The Minute Clinic workers here are great! I came here to get tested for COVID and Bostick L was the bomb. She was very professional and efficient, and did extra tests to rule other things out when I came in with a sore throat and some other weird symptoms. This was my first time getting tested at a clinic and it was a great experience. Both my tests came out negative thankfully; my one reservation (COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the great personnel here, just the CVS facility itself) is just that the waiting area is a bit “open”. There’s not a lot of space. I found myself waiting to get tested with other customers who weren’t sick, just coming in to get their normal booster shots (which were given in a different area, not the exam room, altho the waiting area was the same)—and a substantial portion of them were elderly. So I ended up loitering further away in a random empty aisle to try to social distance until my name was called (which took maybe 20min). If you guys genuinely feel sick, it might be better to look elsewhere to get tested where they have a special quarantined entrance (or maybe drive through testing? idk), because I felt uncomfortable with how I could’ve exposed other potentially high-risk people to Covid. (I’m boosted so the risk is lower, but still.) And of course, the opposite is true: you might be exposed to Covid if you’re waiting to be served at this clinic, although that’s not exactly a risk unique to this location. Inside the small exam rooms they do have industrial grade air purifiers running, so I didn’t feel paranoid that I was walking into a room with like stagnant covid air after the previous person left lol. I’d recommend this location, and both me and a friend like the people who work here! but if you’re not a regular or are just looking to get tested, this is a heads up on the layout and potential risks. On the plus side, most customers I saw during my visit were masked and all providers were masked

The Pharmacy is the slowest moving operation next to the DMV. If you call be prepared to wait on hold for a half hour listening to distorted horriffc music

Horrible service and hours for Pharmacy are incorrectly listed closes at 8 not 9 as listed. Every time I come in here I have to wait forever to checkout. Tonight I came in there were two employees stocking shelves. Both saw me standing at the checkout counter. Neither of them said a word. The cashier was out back getting bottles of water. I waited almost 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and I was the only one in the store. I mentioned to the cashier the hours were wrong and his response “I don’t work for Google”. I told him Google doesn’t list the hours. The business does. I was letting him know so he could let his superiors know they needed to be updated. His response “they don’t pay me to do that”.

Aida, Trang, and the rest of the staff were incredible! They helped us move all my family’s prescriptions over after the pharmacy across the street stopped accepting our insurance. They’ve been super helpful and were very nice to my one-year-old daughter. I’ll be coming here for all my medications from now on. The pharmacist was also very skillful when giving my flu shot. She was quick and efficient. Barely felt a thing. Good deals on candy right after each holiday. 10/10 best pharmacy in the neighborhood.

My whole family gets our prescriptions filled at the CVS Pharmacy on Nutley street and we have a lot and quite complicated prescriptions. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. They always follow up as needed with doctors, always advise on cost effective options, text us with upcoming orders and when orders are ready and help my elderly parents when they need to pick up their prescriptions by themselves. Thank you for being so great!!!

I think both their pharmacy and customer service staff is excellent. The pharmacy is occasionally busy, but rarely. When it is, they quickly get more staff to work at the pharmacy counter so that you don’t have to wait too long. I’ve been going to the CVS on Nutley Street for about seven years and I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the level of customer service. I don’t tend to write reviews because it’s just not something that I bother to do — but unfortunately, I think sometimes the only people that write reviews are the ones who are motivated by a bad experience. When I saw that the CVS doesn’t have high reviews when I checked them out online, I felt obligated to leave one myself. Virtually every customer service agent, whether in the pharmacy or in the general store, goes out of their way to be friendly and to service your needs the best that they can. Even though I moved and there are two CVSs that are closer to me, I still go to the Nutley Street CVS because I appreciate the level of customer service. Plus, as an added bonus, if you shop at Safeway, you can get discounts of up to $1 depending on how much you spend on groceries. My wife and I both save a ton of money this way.

This location is easily the most incompetent I've ever come across, and there are plenty of terrible CVS stores. I have had several prescriptions messed up over the years, but I've had two controlled substances incorrectly administered to me in the last two months. The second time the pharmacist admitted she knew it was wrong, and that my original medication wasn't in stock. She didn't disclose any of that to me when I dropped it off, despite me waiting for the prescription. She didn't seem phased whatsoever that she gave me something different. At least with the first error, that pharmacist was genuinely concerned. But this woman was rude and clearly did not take her job seriously. If it wasn't for my insurance company, I would not go to any CVS location. I will no longer visit this location even if it was an emergency.
