I don't recommend anybody to go there, and the pharmacist (Shin)told us she doesn't have the time. They are closing In 15 minutes. I don't know How does CVS conduct business no wonder they need to close off most of their locations. No corporate culture whatsoever; we went to Walgreen and filled our prescription in less Then 10 Min. Don't use CVS; that is my experience. Very poor customer service .

Extremely slow service both inside and at the drive through. Had to drive away last night because the drive through lien was not moving, today they closed the windows in front of me and others waiting in line because of their lunch break with no warning to those that have been waiting because “it says it on the website”. It would have taken less time to dispense the prescriptions than carry onto the argument they took on. It took me 2 min to call and request RX transfer to HT for my whole household so we won’t have to make multiple unsuccessful trips there anymore.

Worst place ever. I gave them my DOB twice while watching a pharmacy rep belittling and elder lady and they still gave me someone else's Rx. Then ask me to drive back to fix their mistake! I call and the child on the phone says "you should've checked the Rx"! Never have I had to do that after I've given my information twice. Unfortunately my Dr called the Rx to the wrong CVS off Lee Hwy instead of Lee Jackson Hwy. I will definitely report a HIPPA violation because of their smug attitude and response. No wonder they barely have 2 stars. Glad I'm not the only one. I guess I should let the other pt know their information was given out.

If only it was possible to give negative stars... Had an awful experience with the store and employee here. I was trying to purchase a VA lottery scratch ticket from the machine and it accepted my $30 in cash, but an error message popped up and used the credit but did not give me a physical ticket. So naturally, I tried to receive help from the employee. She was extremely dismissive from the beginning, stating that there was nothing she could do to help because there isn't a key to open it and that I had to call the number on the machine. She also said that the specific machine I used tends to do that (?). If that machine has a history of malfunctioning, please put a SIGN on it stating that so people don't use it! I asked for the cvs store number as an identifier for when I needed help and she told me okay but did not provide it. I left the store to call the number and they weren't of much assistance. Which makes sense, how are they supposed to return my cash to me over the phone?? I returned to tell her that and she accused me immediately of lying (that I didn't call the number, when I literally had proof in my call history that I did). She gave a lot of attitude and called the number herself and had the situation resolved within minutes after speaking with someone. She also kept rolling her eyes at me throughout the interaction, which I found extremely disrespectful and refused to give her name or to allow us to speak with another employee or manager. I got my cash back which is great, but I don't understand why she couldn't just help before I was forced to go all karen. I hate confrontation so this whole situation felt icky... Anyway, customer service here is an absolute joke.

Went to pick up my prescriptions , just had to give my name and birthdate, she went to get the prescriptions, asks if I had any questions and rang me up. There was no wait. I was in and out and I went in on a Monday at 5:45pm. The technician was very friendly .

Probably worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. And I keep on giving them another chance but nothing is getting better. We have used both our insurance and the Good RX card multiple times in other pharmacies and the pharmacy technician didn’t know that was possible. Then, the pharmacist came and didn’t even care to explain, just said not possible and left. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your time coming here, go elsewhere.

The worst customer services in this CVS store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! The pharmacist was asking me to go find my prescription like are you serious sir that’s not my job ! And he was RUDE too. This place needs to hire professionals ,So that they don’t defame CVS.

Ordered a Same Day CVS Photo (Photo Wall Tile) online, prepaid, and received an email saying it's ready for pickup. Went to the store, but told they didn't have one, so either wait for another day or order again online to pick up from a different store. I needed it right away, so I got a refund instead. The interaction was very unpleasant and felt unwelcome. To me it was clearly their fault, but they didn't seem feel sorry at all and kept being rude. I'll never visit this branch again.

By far the worst CVS I have been to across multiple states on multiple occasions! My family has gone here for years and we are all transferring to different pharmacies! I spent 45 minutes on hold when I arrived at the location no cars are in the drive though and no one at the counter. You can't even hear the phone ringing as I am on the phone with them! I promptly left and called my doctor to send my prescription elsewhere. This is my final straw! You get better service at a Walmart could probably have better customer service on back alley way.
