I respect each member of the CVS pharmacy at Shoppes Lane in Fairfax, VA. They are professional, courteous, smart, caring. Everything you would want in a pharmacy organization.

This is without a doubt the worst CVS in the area. Even if you are the only one in line be prepared to wait 15 minutes. There is always only one person working. And there is always a problem when I try to pick up my Rx. I prefer Walgreens

Their drive-thru has been out of order for weeks. You will have to go inside of the store to drop off or pick up meds, where potential covid patients are also visiting "inside" to manage their meds after their covid testing done.

This place is one of the worst experiences in customer service I’ve ever had. The people working at the desk have no respect for customers and are horribly inexperienced. They waste their customers time by standing around and doing nothing and are lousy at communicating with customers, what should take a few sentences ends up taking a few minutes due to this.

Great service from the pharmacy. The store have 50% discount on selected item from Christmas and some items over the counter like vitamins. No long wait when checking out.

Today was the second time in 6 months that I got a call from the pharmacy saying that my prescription was ready, only to be told in person that it wouldn't arrive for another 3-4 days, after my supply has run out. Incredibly unprofessional behavior. UPDATE: 4 days and a complaint to corporate later, I still haven't gotten a call to confirm that the prescription is ready for pickup. When I try to call the pharmacy, I go through the automated prompt, and then it tells me it cannot connect to the pharmacist before hanging up on me. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on. 2nd update: Less than an hour after editing the review, I got a text saying that my medication was ready for pickup. I called today to confirm that it was actually ready this time. They said I could have just checked the app, and hung up on me mid-sentence when I tried to reply.

Don't go here for your pharmacy needs. They have been out of my medication about 50% of the time over the last 10 years. I recently went in to verify they had the Rx in stock before I returned home, they said it would be ready in 20. Came back after 20, and they said they needed another 30 mins. I couldn't wait. Went back today and they said, "we are filling it right now." I asked, are you sure you even have it? Nope, it's "out of stock." Unreal. Time to switch pharmacies. I honestly waited too long to make the decision to go somewhere else.

I was calling to see if there was a product in stock. After being hung up on 4 times, “Jeniya” answers the 5th time. She asked how she could help and I explained I was looking to see if she had a particular item in stock. She proceeds to tell me they dont have it in stock without even asking me what item is was. What a joke- wont be going there ever!

Thanks CVS for shutting down with no evening hours and no hours on Saturday! Some of us have to go to work as first responders and now can not get our medications. Glad you get to control my health! But with out fail you blasted my phone with messages that my prescription was ready but no info that your closed. You caused at least 10 people to come to the parking lot to park and try to go in. Not doing well in the promotion of health and well being of people.
