Stopped at this CVS for a passport photo. I was able to be seen immediately and had a passport photo in a few minutes. Even showed it to me before printing to make sure I approved; I’m bald so no picture is going to change that although the gesture was appreciated. Did not use the pharmacy so I cannot comment on those services.

Never ever returning to this CVS or any other location. CVS has lost 4 instant cameras from my WEDDING, and refuses to give me an update. The last update I had to track down myself online was on June 12th. Unacceptable service, both in store and online. They also lied and told me I’ll receive my receipt via email and I never did, which customer service now refuses to help without. Now I’ll never be able to see those photos. I highly recommend you go anywhere else to develop photos and not support a fraudulent business like this.

Raj, the store manager was was one of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond when we were in a bind to get the helium filled balloons for our kid's birthday. Very patient and accommodating person. Thanks, Raj.

Worst PCR drive thru ever. Asian Lady with glasses is rude, talking to elderly like trash. Learn some common sense and kindness before you work.

This CVS cancelled my pharmacy appointment when I just got to the drive-thru window. Not once, but two days in a row. The staff has absolutely no regard to their patient/customer time, health, and circumstances. Go somewhere else, anywhere is better than here.

I am very impressed with Francisco, an employee that is usually at night time here. Every time I come in, he has a smile under his mask and is ready to help you. He probably doesn’t recognize me as I don’t come in often and we are all wearing masks. His cheerfulness is a good example to follow. I would give a 6 starts to this location because of him and the manager that chose him to work here!

Staff at the Plantation Parkway CVS are friendly and knowledgeable. I seldom have a problem finding what I came in for, but when I do, someone is always available and willing to help. The pharmacy staff are stellar. I've had issues with my prescription insurance this year, and they've been so understanding! I'm very impressed.

This review for the pharmacy only in this CVS location, my prescription was sent to this location at 4:30 pm this past Sunday and the pharmacy was about to close in 30 mins I got there about 10mins to 5 not sure what to expect or whether i could get my antibiotics the same day to relieve my symptoms. When I got there, there was no line and I was helped by the assistant right away. She told me my prescription was ready and was very nice and patient asking me if I had any questions for the pharmacist. I used to go to another pharmacy closer to my house but I have waited every time for about at least 1 hr to get my prescription, so I was quite pleasantly surprised. The assistant was very professional and helpful and was genuinely kind. I would recommend this cvs pharmacy definitely!

When Medspack closed their COVID vaccine site without telling anyone, I walked into this CVS to see if I could get my second dose. The pharmacist was happy to help and worked very efficiently - within 5 minutes of walking in, I'd answered the questionnaire, provided my insurance details, and had received my vaccine. Thanks CVS!

Worst CVS ever. The staff was completely unprofessional to me when I had a SCHEDULED covid test appointment. I spent over 30 dollars in ubers and was not seen for an additional 2 days. I was told to come back and spent more money and still was not seen. This place is horrible! unless you like being treated unprofessional, go there!
