Love this giant all the employees are awesome and very friendly. Only problem is sometimes they’re out of stock on items. For instance I’ve been trying to get egg beaters for two months now and they have been out every time I’ve went there.

I was shopping at eagle village giant July 11. Some how I bumped my elbow and cut it. My daughter went to customer service to get me a band aid. Next thing I know here comes Anita with a first aid kit. She got me a wet paper towel from the seafood dept. My daughter cleaned my elbow up and Anita gave her a patch band aid to make sure it was covered good.i hope every store has a person as caring as she is!!!!!

I gave them my reusable bags and they didn't put my stuff in them. I felt rushed whole the guy stood there waiting for me to finish bagging and paying to help the next people. He also threw away my meat bags.

I've been shopping here at this location for over 20 years. The deli meats are always good. Their fried chicken is to die for. 8 pieces of fried chicken for only $6.99. That's a steal for sure. Bye Bye to KFC and Popeyes. The pharmacy workers are friendly and helpful. I would've given this a 5 but some of their items no longer exist (Smart ones breakfast, protein shakes in the milk section). I guess you just have to be here on the right day when their items are delivered. Ellen, Dawn, and Deborah are the best cashiers there.

I’ve been shopping at the Giant for years and I honestly feel I’m welcomed just as if I were a family member. Talk about going above and beyond to help a customer. I fell totally comfortable asking for help or recommendations. Special thanks to Dawn, Debbie, Walter and Richard for always beings so very helpful.

Last night we took a quick tour of this Giant Food location in Fredericksburg. Thankfully it’s walking distance for us from our hotel, and we went there last night to pick up some antibiotic gel to help heal bug bites. The store looks very clean overall, and we could easily find what we needed. The aisles looked clear and shelves were well organized. We probably will return there again soon!
