Needed to hang my new OLED tv in my new home. I have a very thick stone fireplace so I knew it would be a difficult job. I had two different companies come out to give estimates. Both of them made me very nervous because they appeared that they couldn't handle the complexity of the the install. A friend of mine who is a very reputable builder of luxury homes recommended Raven Hi-FI. I spoke to David the owner the next day. His team came out within a few days to give me an estimate. The price was good but what made me go with them was their professionalism and the fact that they explained exactly what they would do. Kevin and Brooke did a phenomenal job hanging my OLED TV and also attached my Sonos sound bar to the TV too! Initially I panicked and thought the TV might be too high, but they told me to just take it for a test drive for a month and if I still thought it was too high they would fix it. After a few days, I realized it was perfect. I can't recommend them enough...David, Kevin and Brooke are the best!

Great and fast service! Technician came to East Coast Appliance and within an hour worked his magic, had us set up ,music playing through an older system and got us some sound for our showroom! Thanks again!

I just purchased a new home in Fredericksburg, VA and I stopped in this place to find out about setting up a listening room in my finished basement. I have a collection of 7,000+ vinyl LPs, so this was a really big deal for me. I don't know the name of the person working in Raven Hi-Fi the day I stopped in, but he either really hates his job or he just doesn't care about his customers. He gave me the "bums rush" out of the place and didn't even offer a business card. Luckily, I was able to find all the help I needed online, and purchased an entire new system from "Music Direct." Too bad Raven, you lost a huge sale!

I had these clowns out to my house twice. The first tme Brooke came out he took some notes and seemed to understand what we needed done. He said he'd get back to me with an estimate in a 2-3 days. A week later I called to see when I could get the estimate. After a few more emails and calls, he finally sent it to me a few days later but it was missing a good portion of the work. He decided he needed to come out to the house with his technician. A few follow up calls later we got it scheduled. So they show up and spend two hours here. They end up pulling a wire from the basement that we needed and then decide they have to go back to the shop and make a new plan. Guess what? I've never heard back from them and never seen that new plan they were coming up. I'm sure it is because they knew they were in over their heads and too ashamed or embarassed to admit it. They are glorified "Cable Guys" (you remember how that movie went, right?) but not Home theater or structured wiring experts.
