Staff very friendly and helpful. The music on the phone is horrid. They wanted to charge labor for pallet of stone for "placing" stone in addition to delivery - they need to be able to drop a pallet gracefully, like with forklift, like Merrifield does ( and Merrifild's stone was same price). It would also be useful for staff to be able to facilitate purchases of services at one store even though another store is used, i.e. if only one store has bulk materials, i shouldnt have to call two stores. I canceled order, but staff was very friendly and prompt.

I came here for some spider plants and citronella. Got both and more! The staff was friendly, helpful, communicated clearly, and were very personable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

UPDATE: 26 DEC 2020 Just received a check from Meadow Farms reimbursing us for our Christmas tree this year. I’m leaving the pics for people to see why we were reimbursed. These were taken 2-3 days after bringing tree home and ensuring it was properly watered. Thank you to Meadow Farms for taking responsibility, it demonstrates a focus on customer service many companies are losing in the rush to increase shareholder value.

Great selection of trees this year. Really friendly staff and couldn't be easier to find. Looking for a tree look no further. I have no experience with anything else they have here so I can't speak to that.

Absolutely and inexcusably HORRENDOUS work and completely incapable customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Awarding a single star is on the generous side. Since "a picture paints a thousand words", the photos below should say everything: We had 5 Skip Laurels planted in our backyard, the "professional Planting / installation" alone, which took less than 40 minutes (no mask or attempt at social distancing, this in the midst of the third wave....) and was done in manner opposite of anything resembling professionalism, cost around $500. Two of the trees were planted crooked.After raising this with Meadows Farms, they sent out a different person, who "adjusted" one of the trees to be at even more of a slant than before. Before being dispatch another crew to re-plant or at least straighten, Meadows Farms performed a fertilizer treatment during which the individual distributing the fertilizer before our very eyes literallly plowed through the trees, in the process pushing the most crooked one over even further. A subsequent appointment to correct this was made, though without any explanation no one even showed up at the agreed upon time. Emails are being ignored, as are phone calls. Legal action may be the only recourse at this point. Outraged and disgusted at the inexcusably poor quality of their work, customer service and willingness to stand by their product and services.

Went during covid crisis and felt good that they practice social distancing. Very good selection of plants. Now our apartment garden shines with red yellow and lavender flowers.
